Hopefully my mail is wrong.

The stupid plays are the difference between a good side and a great one and that's where we are lacking in FG.

A lot can happen in an off-season. Moltzen is a good example. Rated himself a bit too highly in 2008, had a good look at himself last off-season and really knuckled down and had a very good 2009\. Lui needs to work his backside off in defence and keep working on his fitness. All the other attributes are there.
