Farah has not been dismissed, threatened with dismissal, nor has he resigned but by my understanding whoever made the statement (presumably JT or Reddy) could still have to answer to the above charge. I think it will depend on definitions and exactly what was said.
I don't necessarily agree that the board has been exposed if they weren't party to the discussion and did not know ahead of time what would be said.

@bobo125 said:@innsaneink said:@barra said:Ink from the stories I've read it was said, or indicated, at a meeting between Taylor, Reddy, Farah and Ayoub.
Either Taylor or Reddy said it. Or maybe both?
Thats what I thouht….I guess if it comes down to swearing on oath, thats one thing, but as it stands this part is just he said she said imo
**_i believe Taylor openly admitted it at a press conference 2 days later when asked about the reserve grade threat._**
he replied (in kind) - yes things were said in that meeting that were said in the heat of the situation.
There is no conjecture about the fact that the threat was said and made.
That is not in dispute at all actually.
you can also bet your last penny on the fact that if Taylor had infact NOT said that, he would have come out both guns firing at Laurey Daely, cameron Smith, FOX sports and everyone else that has reported it and stated "what a thing to say"
Taylor would have 100% come out and put that on blast !!!
it now just forms a piece of the puzzle in how the situation was managed by the coach.

at this stage im quite sure everyone understands that it was said and its certainly NOT hearsay

Got a link to that presser?

In fact I dont think its been confirmed or denied anywhere, bar what farah and our good mate Bobo says.
And ironically, if it was said… it was said in confidence and behind closed doors, then it was farah who mentioned/leaked this to the media....him of all people after what he said to tallis early last year about Potter, and what Tallis subsequently told all, after being put on the spot by Sammy

And the only person who has reported the breach notice was Bosnich. One of Ayoubs clients i think. All the stench is coming from that group.

Yeah, I haven’t seen it confirmed or denied anywhere either, on day 1 of all this NRL 360 reported that he was told he MIGHT play reserve grade, a significant difference to WILL, and as said, all hearsay
Have been amused with some of Bobo’s attempt at legal jargon and knowledge, a please explain document… What is that? A piece of paper issued by Pauline Hanson perhaps

unfortunately it dosnt work like that.
whilst the board may not have been present, once they were made aware of what was said, they are then in part responsible for their employees behavior.
responsible to take whatever the appropriate action is required.
If they do not, then legally it is viewed as they too are complicit in the illegal action.

bobo I think you're jumping through some big assumptions to some big conclusions.
It may be a long stretch for anything at all to result from any constructive dismissal proceeding, if one eventuates. It will depend on exactly what was said, and definitions of what constitutes a constructive dismissal.
By my understanding it's not always straight forward, so we're a long way from talking 'illegal action'.
