It would be smarter to announce any signings this week imo. Its going to be a media circus with Farah, and this would be a great way to deflect from that rubbish.

I have no inside info but I would be very surprised if we signed all four and I would also be very surprised if they all sign within the next week or so. I get the feeling that Moses and Brooks will hang out for at least a month.
Although with our draw it might be best to take what is offered now, we could be none from 6 and that could result in some of the offers dropping off

It would irresponsible of the club to start working off the low end / high end figure being spoke of and leave ourselves short or have us having to offload players before a ball has been kicked in 2018
I have heard that clubs are writing contracts up with % of the cap so that they are covered either way with whatever figure the NRL finally comes up with
I wouldn't panic just yet , it will happen when it happens

How many players who have signed huge contracts have actually performed after doing so?Hope if they throw the kitchen sink at Teddy that he can break the cycle and maintain his form Seems like as soon as we know how much they are prospectively earning they no longer appear to be that good. Just an observation - and while I am as guilty as anyone of being critical of the management at our club getting the balance right cant be easy.
Random Teddy trivia: Tedesco in Italian means German.
