We all get down on our retention at times, but you sound utterly despondent. It aint that bad, Fumbles.

I don't know the bloke, but he's given every public indication that he'd like to stay.
 
With the Manly brothers now re-signing along with Moylan and Cartwright re-signing for Penrith, it should put even more pressure on our club to get something sorted before Christmas. There's no excuse now not to have at least 2 wrapped up before then. If other clubs can wrap up key players, there's no reason we can't either. It's going to be a big distraction if things are still up in the air come round 1.

As disappointed as i'd be if he left, i wouldn't all of a sudden hate him, or call him a traitor. Our club has had tons of time to put a competitive offer together. If they lose him, they're the ones to blame. And that goes for Moses too to a lesser extent.

Basesd on recent comments, Tedesco wont be going anywhere. Woods the same. Its Moses that makes me worried. I reckon if we dont match offers he gets from outside, then he wont be here in 2018.

It would be a good strategy. If a club has two good players off contract in the same year and you'd be happy with either of them then go hard after both of them. Even if you land neither you've gouged the poor old club whose players you've taken a run at by making them pay top dollar for both.

He has burned that bridge well and truly. Moses was committed to go there in 2017 but at the last minute took up the option with Wests Tigers.

If the club offers competitive offers for them all and they walk, I can live with that. I don't expect the club to put themselves in another cap hole to hang on to some promise (Tedesco is the obvious exception here.)

Nor will I harp on about them leaving. They're all in it for the money as much as anything else. I'm sure heaps of us have changed employers for more money.

Pascoe paid for lunch at an up-market restaurant for the 4 of them. Woods, Moses, Tedesco & Brooks aren't going anywhere.

an article on fox a few weeks back said only 3 of them were at the lunch and one couldnt make it…

If there is one thing we should have learnt about almost losing Tedesco is that we should not take their mateship for granted

We need to come up with offers that meet market standards

All it takes is someone to be unhappy with the way they are being treated by management and they can leave

They key to be a good leader is being a good listener , no matter how many times someone wants to be heard

Grant Mayer never listened to the Tedesco's last time ,wouldn't return phone calls , and it almost cost us , lets hope Pascoe and the team learn from that
