Maybe if the players aimed up and were winning consistently their would be less drama around the club as well. Cuts both ways

Yeah sure Tedesco doesn't aim up most weeks

Again we have a really crap squad can anyone deny this

And it just got far worse

I've been reading this forum for months and just decided to join as I could no longer handle listening to the dribble and negativity coming out of happy tigers mouth, you my friend have serious issues, so stop being so negative and get a life.

Agreed Steve, the negativity on here is crazy. Tedesco leaving is especially disappointing but life goes on, can't do anything about their departures now.

My wife's best friend got scans yesterday to confirm whether she has ovarian cancer or not. Reality check people!

My son likes watching Moses and Tedesco play for his footy team, and doubt that we know the best friend of your wife. That is reality.

This is the WTF, so apart from poor Happy, surely you would expect the current mood on here.

It's alright guys, with the money freed up from Tedesco salary, we could buy this guy as a replacement and save money on new jerseys.

Death and footy champ. Worlds apart. Take a chill pill.

So do we know for sure that they have both signed?

With all the reports about Foran this morning its starting to seem no one has any idea.

I have a fair bit of dealings through my work with one of the Rooster major sponsors. He told me the other week Teddy had signed but told me today he had just agreed to terms. Apparently they are sorting out some third part payments before he signs??
He reckons the contract is for $800,000 a year plus the third party payments, End up around $1,000,000 a year. Its a four year deal.

Although he didn't sound as confident as he did the other day. Maybe things aren't as well as they seem.

Hopefully we are still a chance??

I was told Teddy signed on with the Dogs for $1.1m a season though he and Woods asked for a longer cooling off period.

Apparently Uncle Nick got a sniff of it and now Teddy has backflipped on the Dogs to join the Roosters. You would think Teddy must of recieved a better offer from Uncle Nick to do the backflip?

Who knows!

Depends what you read or hear, there are rumours the Roosters deal including TPAs is $1.4m a season over 4 years, it’s open to debate which numbers are true, less money, more money, there is so much dribble in the media and on social media who really knows.

Is there any official word from any credible source yet? I know thats a big ask.. getting close to COB.

Time for a beer.

This whole blaming of the club is the biggest cop out.

The media hammers us and everyone believes the hysteria and puts the boot in. I don't buy it. We aren't that bad.

One week after JT got sacked, he openly endorsed the club, the board and the players - saying that the club was on the right track and progressing well.

He went on to say that the players had no reason to leave and expressed dissapointment in how they have acted during this whole drama. He said they should sign and help this team play finals footy and bring the success that they supposedly desire.

They say they want to play finals, well shutup, stop distracting the entire club and start playing consistent footy and work for it.

The players had no more excuses whatsoever.

We had finally signed a great coach, been linked to good players (Milne, Mcqueen, Matulino) and with their resignings would have been on the right path. Finals footy and more beckoned.

The funny part is they say they want finals footy and stability and blah blah blah.

Woods goes to the dogs who are anything but stable and have been in the same boat as us this year. Woods saw this firsthand on NRL360 with James Graham being grilled as much as he was. They're in the midst of a rebuild themselves and probably won't see finals footy for the next 2-3 year themselves.

Tedesco goes to the roosters who were engulfed in turmoil last year and ended up coming second-last. Hardly the stable, powerhouse club that people might think.

Both clubs have money and heavy hitting stakeholders but they're hardly the melbourne storm. Better then us, but not by that much to make them dog it and leave (pardon the pun)

If we were that bad then why did Nofo stay when he could've left to the eels or dragons. Why did'nt ET leave. Why does Chee-Kam love the club. Why did Mcqueen come ? Why does Naqima want to stay ? Why did Ailoai stay ? Why didnt Suli go back to the eels when they came knocking ? Brooks stayed for some reason. Moses only left after having his contract withdrawn. Idris is only new but he seems to like the club..

These two are dogs. They are being soo badly managed and obviously have no backbone to make their own decisions.

Don't blame the club. The club isn't perfect, far from it. But using them as a copout to leave is plain ignorant and disrespectful to their team mates, coaching staff and most importantly the fans. Don't give the media more ammunition to hammer us. You dogged it, leave it at that.

Well written !that is it in a nut shell.

As I understand it Chee-Kam knocked back more money to go to the Sharks so that says a lot IMO.

I wonder how the "please explain" went today for Tedesco and Woods after making the telegraph..

So many people here will have to update their profile pics thanks to Moses, Woods and Tedesco ..

Yep agree people need to stop listening to Hooper and Rothfield they both have personal vendettas against the club.

Club is defiantly not perfect, but the grip of issac moses around our throat is loosening.

Just hang in there while the cancer is being removed.

Tony33 - well stated. Can you please change your avatar. I don't want to see the dogs anymore.

Willow - I'm not surprised if lots of players stay at the Tigers because we have a great club and a great culture. That will definitely improve when the 3 dogs leave this club as well.

We just unfortunately picked some young guys who are self entitled twats. It's pretty unlucky how it turned out but to be fair it would be hard to judge these guys character prior to the event. Teddy showed form last time so I suppose we should have known what he was like.

Good rant.

Wow that's interesting.. More proof our club as a whole may not be as bad as some people like to point out. And the signing of Nofo too adds to that.. I'm sure he had other options too.
