That's really sad.

It is sad that there are supporters like you who have no passion for your club. Me I'm quite content to hate those who deserve hating.

There's a huge difference between having passion and having hate and please don't tell me I have no passion for my club. I have followed first Wests and now Wests Tigers for over 50 years, through thick and thin, and I don't have to hate anyone to be a passionate supporter. If you feel the need to equate hate with passion, then that's your problem. Have a great life.

If you don't want to hate anyone that's your prerogative, but it doesn't make you any more of a supporter than someone who does. For a lot of supporters that's the game. Read social media for a day, hate of opposition players and teams is as common as the sun rising in the morning. People are more than justified about towards their feelings for these guys.

Woods - Club captain. Never once in the last 12 months backed the club or talked about wanting to stay. It was obvious last year what his intentions were if you were looking hard enough. Says all he wanted to do was play footy, yet in the same breath spoke about how disappointed he was that the club never consulted with him. Says he wants to go to a stable club, yet is going to one whose CEO was just forced out and who look like having big cap problems. Stable club huh?

Moses - Strung the club along for as long as possible in 2016 and took up his option at last available minute. Had an offer from our club on the table for next year for months. Cleary is appointed and decides he's not a priority, then he not only immediately signs with Parra but demands an immediate release and has the hide to say he always wanted to stay. Really? Oh, then he plays the mental health card. Oh, and also has his uncle labeling him a victim on national tv every week.

Tedesco - Stated for months that he wanted to stay and encouraged his mates to take a pay cut so they could all stay together. Lip service because when it was time to put his money where his mouth was, he bailed. Then is still talking about why he chose to leave, weeks after the fact.

All three are attention seekers and glory hunters who chewed up this club and its supporters and spat them out. If you don't hate them for that, that's your choice, but don't judge others that do.

Agree 100%. It's my right as a fan and member to love, hate or be indifferent to players that have come and gone from the club. If a player disrespects the club I love, I have the right to hate their guts and boo them everytime they touch the ball.
Let's not get all PC like the AFL where you can't even boo a player like Adam Goodes without someone getting all upset and calling it something else. Fans have a right to hate or show their feelings towards a player. Without us there is no game.

I Dont think its really fair to expect everyone to feel and react the same to how a sports team performs. I know when I was younger I rode the highs and lows alot more than I do now. There is no right or wrong way because emotions play a big part.

I took 2011 final loss to the warriors harder than I have taken all the rubbish this year. I recommend getting a boxing bag, it helped me.

Yeah, that was a terrible day that was looking to be so good until…................

Spot on!!! All 3 had ZERO intention of signing with this club as a matter of fact they could be acused of deliberately trying to bring this club to its knees via the media turning against the WT

Their manager certainly had those intentions. That's why it's best to move on, support the new guys coming that want to be here and want to LEAD this club fwd. The less attention paid to the departees the better. They're good players, who for the most part have been replaced by more successful players for less money. Pretty good management I would say.

I think that the chances of Woods and Tedesco backing up against the dragons this weekend are about 1,000,000 to 1\. At least one will find an excuse to miss the game and make sure that they come back for round 14 to prove their fitness for origin 2, where they will be aiming to keep the series alive

Funny comments in this thread.
I legitimately hate some nrl players
I even legitmately hate some people on this forum too

Tedesco and Woods will want to play as many games as they can during the Origin period to stay relevant, especially if they have a bog average first Origin game.

good to see passionate fans. The manner in which those three boys handled the whole situation was farcical. I hope they learn from this experience.

Don't count on it. It takes a special person to be as much of a dog as these three have been.

They won't because in their minds they are the victims and they surround themselves with people who reinforce that idea. They'd be too dumb to realise the gravity of their actions.

what was really sad was someone on here posted an interview Teddy did and they asked him "would you have stayed if the tigers didn't enforce the deadline on you ? His response "yeah maybe" LOL

I personally think their manager was the guy pulling all the strings and had a hell of a lot of influence over these three players. I get the feeling Moses had a real vendetta against our club, might go back to Benji being forced out of the club as I am pretty sure Moses was Benji's manager.

Anyway still no excuse to carry on like they did, but if you really want to hate someone I think Isaac mosses is the man

Pretty sure Martin Tauber was Benjis manager. At some point we all have to accept they wanted out because they did not see us as a good option to achieve what ever their career goals were/are. Its up to the club now to prove them wrong and get on with it.

Your 100% right, that blows that theory

Mitch just left because he thought he was worth a million bucks and got his contract pulled. He attempted to levitate that offer in the background by negotiating with other clubs to attempt to squeeze the club for more $.

Isaac just wanted his boys to soak up the salary cap. Once this was no longer an option they turned.

I wonder if Moses' new contract with the eels is on par with players like Milford; Maloney; Blake Austin; Keiran Foran; etc

And that is the sad truth. They won't realise any regret until they are retired. Too late for Wests and too late for them.
