Balmains Matts side are getting smashed 20-4 at half time. Roosters are man for man about 10cm taller and 10kg bigger than our boys, across the field.
Looks like some poor recruitment this season. Roosters look sharp, Tigers look scared and bruised.

Balmains right winger having an absolute shocker. Made 3-4 errors in 35 mins, two directly leading to tries. Kid must barely be 50kgs

MacArthur Wests Tigers won 22-4 over the Northern RiversTitans in the first of the regional rep games. Mixed bag, lost the penalty count a thousand to zero, dropped a lot of ball but defended well. Some decent talent from what I saw on the stream.

I saw him being helped off in the last trial with ice being put on his knee but didn’t think anything of it at the time. Didn’t look serious.

Balmains Matts team were too small, too slow, too careless and lacked intensity. Got rightfully smashed by 30.
The number ten looked solid, a couple of God kicks from the halves but very disappointing overall

Balmains kick at the end of the first set gets charged down and the Thunderbolts are up 6-0 after a minute in Ball

Braydon Guyana with a great run to score under the posts and it's 6-6 after 5.

18-16 to Balmain at halftime. We're smaller but a very slick side and still powerful. We look the far better team. They scored from a charge down and kick that floated over our wingers head and bounced straight to their winger.
Balmain should be a few tries up. The wet weather meant there were a lot of handling errors. Our 5/8 got concussed and there's a big pause while he got treated. With only 40 seconds til halftime after the stoppage it was disappointing to let them score, but their fullback looks to be their best player.
