What I do like about Tim Sheens is he has natural gravitas - his personality and his record. I like that they are having him speak on behalf of the club, I think he speaks well and is naturally less of a media target than Madge, Captain Fedora or The Duck.

I said weeks ago I think Sheens is well respected and to a certain degree feared by the media. So his appointment might stop a lot of the negative stuff we get from the media. A winning team might also help

I could be wrong but i would say that motor mouth Lee would have been the largest factor in keeping Nofo at the club and he could well have overruled opposition to his new contract.Hopefully Brooks stays but Lee needs to stay well clear of any developments
