The optics aren't great when $300m is being invested in the Panther's home ground in the electorate of Stuart Ayres. Our case should be if $300m is all that is available, then it should be distributed on a priority basis..

That can be up for debate but the current NSW Premier shouldn't be held accountable for the wall collapsing.
