In the photo gallery on the club website it showed Lawrence training on the right side and Lodge training with firsts.

wonder if there is any salt to this… I dont think Anasta is capable of very much creativity these days, so having say Siro, Lawrence and props all running very similarly on his side of the park may be a gig he could handle.

Happy to see Chris on the right, as he had an absolute shocker last week, this would also be a kick in the behind for him. I think it would be a good move to get Simona left, and it may help to have a strong voice next to Austin when (I think) he gets a better shot at the six after origin.

Lodge certainly looks the goods. Lets hope he can take the step when given the opportunity.

I was thinking the other week that Lawrence to the right might be an option. Anasta handing off to the direct running might be more effective.
Only drama is that alot of our points on the left have been with Brooks either hitting the lead runner r dishing out the back after going to the line.
Simona is not really that sort of player, may have to look at runnning that side differently.
Lodge is a good player, makes sense to train him with the big boys whether he plays with them this year or not.

Where was all this criticism of Lawrence the week before when his stats were
15 runs for 156 meters,1 try, 2 line breaks, 5 tackle busts, 2 offloads

You were all saying he was back to near his best - so you can't have it both ways, he had a bad game but everyone does

Agree. He was good in Newcastle. I think the frustration has been bubbling away and just needed a shocker to boil over.

Brooks to Sironen offloads to Simona who sets Korobiete/Richards up in the corner.

Would be nice to hear that for the remainder of 2014 and 2015.

If Fulton is forced to miss most of the season, or at worst retire, it would make it easy to bring Lawrence into the back row and get Korobiete in the team.

Prefer Lawrence out all together.
Koroi in and Nof to centre.

Austin to #6, Anasta out.

Keen to see more of Lodge, hear a lot of good things.
Future star?
