Here here. Board to go. No clear evidence or facts that Mayer should go. Some well know negatives but nothing that warrants is not wanting him.

The positive case:

No fraud
Financials better than pre Mayer
Membership up vs pre Mayer
Sponsorship up vs pre Mayer
Stadium deal better vs pre Mayer
Player Retention better than pre Mayer
Transparency better (past month mess excluded)
More emphasis on forward planning eg ongoing conversation on facilities better than pre Mayer
Marketing better (videos and press coverage of upcoming talent)
Club USP clear - up coming talent. All messages and activity align to this brand USP.
Changes in recruitment oversight

The negative
Stories of him being seen as Mr Hollywood
Poor treatment of his followers
Hard to get on with
Signs that he doesn't rate Potter

If true that Farah is going to dump on Mayer then VERY disappointing. This will just feed the fire and keep the circus rolling, dragging the club down along the way.

Hopefully Farah is mature enough to put the club first and sort out any issues behind closed doors. I've been his biggest supporter to date, but I will lose a lot of respect for him if this is the case.
