Moses Suli

Going to be hard to keep him interested now.

What? Because he trained poorly a few years ago, despite all reports that he was an excellent trainer over the summer and there have no reports of poor training in firsts, you are writing him off?

Back on topic, despite his lack of genuine speed, he has been excellent. Makes more metres after contact than any other player, is solid under the high ball and his positioning is gradually improving.

He will be something special.

The kid makes more yards after contact than any of our forwards. Rediculous thread.

I made the same comment without reading your post.

your both right… Let him do his apprenticeship in the NRL.

Never knew anything about him until he signed, but he is showing great signs of being a promising NRL player of the future.

Hes coming along OK….his worried expression is amusing to me.
Im sure he could get an attitude look if he tried hard enough.

will the Idris dreads help ? or the Woodsy hair do ?
Naqaimas hair do on Suli will make him look like a clown

Yeah….I must be watching different games..

Been one of the highlights of the season to date...the move into centre will develop him further ..hope Ivan sticks with it..

Good to see your back KS

Suli is killing it in my opinion , would be in the top 3 for the Rookie of the year comp

He has been one of fhe shining lights of our season. He will only get better as a centre with a few games under his belt.

I hope so too, and as mentioned by a couple of others, he keeps moving forward after contact, I like what I see.

I always find this interesting, just because someone is big does not mean they have maturity beyond their age, Suli is a kid (albeit a big kid) playing against fully grown men. He is still finding his feet and confidence in what his body can do. He has every right to look a little intimidated because playing in the NRL is supposed to be intimidating.

You are deadset taking crazy pills mate. Like, honestly. His kick returns are first class. His defense is improving and he's only going to keep improving his overall game. He had a couple mistakes in his first few games but like a former coach said, he doesn't drop his head when he drops the ball, he just gets up and keeps playing. Also, hasn't made less than 100 meters in a game this year.

He looked nervous in the first few games but in the last one he looked solid
He attacked the high ball and he tried to run as hard as Kevvy and Nofo

If he commits the way he did last Sat i wont have any issues

Prior to that performance i was questioning the TV what they say in him to offer the 1.3mil

Moving him to centre and Kev to the wing on Saturday night li looked a lot better.

He's going great, with limited opportunities.

Most of his hit ups are bringing the ball back of kicks, and as everyone else said, he runs hard and drags defenders with him.

It's also refreshing having someone who's not a midget in the backs

I know for a fact he was a poor trainer in the lower grades, Pre-SG Ball, I don't know how he trained there.

But he was benched for that reason and had a fallout with the coach. If the club was aware of this when they offered him that contract, then it really wasn't smart.

Going to be hard to keep him interested now. Though his performances haven't been that bad.

No such thing as a poor trainer under Father Ivan Milky.
