His passion for the clubs oozes out whether through what he writes on twitter, or just interviews. Brooks copped it for only signing because he had no other offers. Can't say that about Noffa. He loves the club. We need to see more of this.

Question for you Milky seeing as you come across internet savvy Has Parramatta made a official statement as to Moses signing with them yet and when do you think the COP would be over or is he staying to play fullback at the Tigers like he did under Potter ?

My understanding is that Moses signed first with Parramatta

Nah, clubs tend to say that they have signed a player before the cooling off period ends. Well we did regarding brooks, sharks regarding bird etc.

The rules are
A player may sign an extension of his contract with his existing club at anytime
A player may sign with a new club only during the final year of his contract
A 10 business day cooling off period will apply to all contracts
A club signing a player is prohibited from making an announcement until the cooling off period has expired

My understanding is that the only restriction is clubs announcing new signings, there is no restriction on announcing re-signings, as there is also no restriction stopping the players themselves, their family, friends, player managers or current clubs (like Cronulla and Bird) from leaking the information, so you will get occasions when it is reported a player has signed with a club from numerous outlets but the new club cant announce it officially for 2 weeks, similar to McQueen where it was widely reported he had signed well before the announcement.
