I'm not as sure as others that our punishment was excessive. The way this played out, especially with the back-peddling by WT management, indicates to me that the NRL had something worth pursuing. The fact that our management apologised for their initial response says there was more evidence to respond to than first thought.
If Pascoe was so much in the right and there was only a simple oversight why hasn't he and Brydens taken it further?
The one thing I'd like to know is who, at this late stage, was responsible for bringing this to the attention of the NRL with the detail they would require to take it further?
