Potter to take reins from Sheens

I think Potter means business. In my eyes he is the Belly Ache of the super league. He has the blue print & most of all he has the players. If this ship sinks then it will be the Titanic all over again.

One of the article's last week mentioned that the sub-comittee were due to make it's recommendations at a board meeting next Thursday but it also mentioned that some board members wanted the meeting earlier. If it's supposedly down to Potter or Walters, you would think they would announce it by then.

I would be happy with Potter, Georgy even I guess….but gee the image of the gnome looking ridiculous in a clear plastic poncho on a sunny steamy SCG wont leave me

Surely Potter wants his own assistants
 
I have no idea what his philosophy on coaching is, but Potter strikes me as bloke who would keep things simple, plenty of hard work,good structures and expect a high standard from his players. These are sorts of qualities we have not seen in tigertown for a while.

Gee I would love to see him have a massive first year just to prove that the anti Sheens ticket holders were on the money. Although I dont expect to much first year I would like a top 8 finish to be the bench mark

How could you possibly have no doubts on his ability?

Cant say im unhappy with this i was thinking walters myself but i dont know the ins and outs so if its announced ill be supportive hope we can move forward now..

Yeah Royce is dead wood and a failure in the coaching arena….time to sell cars along the Great Western Hwy Roycie
 
I must admit I am happy with Potter as the choice. I was a Folkes stalwart, but I am guessing money would have been the issue. Potter will need to look at our defence and put his stamp on the team early to curve the egos!
Based on our current team, we will need to cut down on mistakes and learn to gain field position through defence!
Our kicking game has to be addressed also.
