Back the coach.

ALWAYS back the coach.

All the facebook bleeding hearts for robbie belt out the same tune - ITS DISRESPECTFUL, OMG IT"S PERSONAL, OMG F##K TAYLOR HE'S A CHUMP

Jason Taylor then comes out and says what we have all known and seen for the last 20 weeks, then on top of that FOX SPORTS CONFIRM THE LOT by going to the statistics.

Guys, love him or hate him -Jason Taylor isn't stupid. He's now finally been given his moment to prove it.

Get a lobster on the tigers to make the 8, and you will win enough to have a semi decent night out come September.

with JT as coach me thinks u will be eating at the wayside chapel, but dont worry ur best friend JT hopefully will be dining with u.

You mean the JT that has taken us from 15th last yr to having us sitting out of the 8 only due to points diff? That JT? Oh yeah, we're definitely going backwards. Sack him immediately.

"Taken us from 15th"

Who was in charge in 2015??

He took us down a step after Potter had us improving in 2014.

Im not saying this year has not been good, but that's a laughable way of phrasing things.

Great coaching when you think about it, drive the club to the brink of the spoon, gotta love the knights, then the only way is up, looks like he has conned a few here.
With better team selection and defensive coaching we would be comfortable in the 8 looking at top 4.

The fact he came 15th in his first season makes it difficult to not improve.

This year has been decent.

The fact Parra make it a Top 9 and sides like the Roosters, Souths have imploded has made it a very makeable Top 8.

If were good enough we can claim this spot in the finals this year and Taylor can look back on a job well done. All is to play for though.

Maybe we had to take a few steps backwards to be able to move forwards…. I mean it really hasn't been smooth sailing for either of our two last coaches initially... But both have been able to build despite rocky starts

If ET can't wait a couple of weeks to see if we can make the finals before signing a contract then he's not a team player.
Why can't this all be played out in a few weeks from now? That way we can keep our best team on the paddock for season 2016.

I didn't know that he's not waiting, but if that's true, it's his right to want his future wrapped whenever he wants to.
There'd be no reason for him to think that the club keeps their word, so if I was him , I'd be wanting to see a contract for next year as soon as possible.
His value is probably at a peak at the moment. So his Manager should be sounding out other clubs regarding next year. And it would be certain that that , is happening now.

I'd be wanting to know if they want him for next year , and if they do where's the contract, if they want to stall, for whatever reason, there's plenty of other clubs that would want him.

And even then, a contract at WTs is not worth much, even if it is a fat one.

How does it make it a top 9? It might make it a top 8 out of 15 but in no way does it make it a top 9\. They cheated. They are a non-factor.

Surely people understand that no matter what happens, Robbie still gets every cent of him money. The motivation here is not to save a dollar but rather to free up some cash to sign and re-sign other players whilst another club contributes toward Farah's wage.

But many care about Robbie and the Club. We lose about $450K-$600K by moving him on, and we get someone else on about $350K-$450K to replace him - and that player could well be under Farah's standard or no better. It only creates bad will for the club amongst other players and amongst many fans.

Well the players are showing no signs of bad will. They havnt missed a beat.
And this will be our first home game since the boning. The size of the crowd will reflect if the fans have been turned off or not.

Anyone who dropped from out of space onto this forum would not believe that reading some peoples phrasing on Taylor.

Tigers didnt need help in attack,we are blessed with some amazing attacking players like tedesco, moses, brooks, nofa and naiqama. Its our defence that has been the problem and the reason we havent played semis for a long time. JT's mantra has been about improving our defence, and we are currently 4th last in defence. Its amazing how people will call out Farah for everything he has done in the past 10 years (and who knows what is true and what is made up) but let JT off scott free. For the sake of the club and to start fresh, both Taylor and Farah need to be gone. I hope we get Cleary before somebody else does.

Thats my point. Farahs axing hasn't turned supporters off the club as some are suggesting.

Of course it hasn't. It's the same as players being impacted by it. The fans may be upset by it. The players mightn't like it. The players and fans though will continue to support the Tigers.

It's like when a big CEO leaves a company. It makes no difference.

I think we would have to wait for next year's membership renewal to correctly estimate that. If the season goes well enough well they may get away with it but if the opposite then the opposite could occur when renewal time comes.

You said BBF. Membership will go up if we're winning and likely go down if we're losing. Nothing to do with farah.

But Farah supporters could blame their heroes absence for their team having less chance of winning and take their unhappiness out on the Club.
