The boys were doing really well completions wise up until around the 30 minute mark. Also sick of losing and for various reasons, both in WT control and not, we lost again tonight and it sux.

That's irrelevant, either something is a penalty or it isn't. If it's a penalty they call it. If the penalty count is 100 - 1 that's irrelevant. So long as the penalties were actually penalties. We wernt gifted anything. Penrith in the first half were doing everything in their power to slow the ruck and I reckon they were lucky not to get pinged more.

WT are 2/2 against the other pair also lower on the ladder than us, so I am not very confident unless something changes.

I never said we didn't deserve our penalties, what I'm saying is the 50/50 calls are never in our favour. We hardly ever get the benefit of the doubt in calls, there are odd games here and there where it does go our way but it's in the vast, vast minority. For the referee and bunker to put the whistle away after Sorrenssons tackle on Bula without even having a 2nd check to make sure everything was ok speaks volumes about how we get treated by the referees in general. It's disgusting. I guarantee that happens to any other club apart from the Titans and the Cowboys cause they both cop it as well imo, the bunker gets involved. It's a joke.

Benjis use of the bench is honestly starting to become very puzzling. Wasting 2 interchanges by taking May off for 5 minutes, giving Bird a 15 minute stint in the first half then only the last 5 mins & then not even giving Kit a single minute????? puzzling.

I was surprised Murray came on 3 minutes before halftime. Seems a waste so close to the break
