It was 0 - 18 in the first half...
Wouldn't call that hanging in there 😆

Disappointing loss.
Tried hard towards the end but couldn't seal the deal.
 
Was at the game. Both sides only back 7m on most tackles and yet Sutton blew penalties when we forced an error inside their 20m. It was clear they deliberately held us down and IMO took way too long for a bin. Anyone watching at home did Wakeham get takin out on their second try? I thought his opportunity got taken away. Anyway doesn’t change the fact we lost. I dont condone any violence in sport but geez Rapana and ref Sutton I would love to punch just once.

You and I watched different games.
Usual suspects? Get of your high horse. You clearly have bought into the club mantra that we are never far away, we are just unlucky.

Off 3 kicks, a push in the back and a shoulder in tupou s back while tacking a kick.
The score was not reflective of the game, they assed it and got help from the refs!
We won the game in every stat but the score, I’d say that’s hanging in there. Tigers of old lose that game by 30.

Trouble is he needed to be aiming about 5 metres infield to be a chance of charging it down. Great effort, but useless and very costly when not inline with the trajectory.

Did you watch where he came from, or just where he ended up?

Looked like Wakeham was taken out at the ground.

Robbed for sure.

I'd argue we didn't perform for the full 80 like we could of.

I'm always unhappy after a loss... but that one, we could've & shouldve won.

That’s largely how we’ve lost every game this year bar the Broncos.
Go back through our game day stats. We win most of the important stats every week.
You are right we are stopping teams from flogging us. That’s the legacy of season 2023.

The 3rd try hitting the goal posts for fogarty, Brooks getting deliberately pushed in the back was far worse

I am happy when we compete and don’t give up! Remember they won 6 from 7, and we are the wooden spooners! All their try’s from kicks, they didn’t break our line!

But when have we won stats consistently like this? Hardly ever. Faiders have a big team and wighton was kept quit all nite. That’s something to be proud of. Instead of looking at all the bad shit, look at the good .shit for a change.

I missed the reply of that one. Yeah we weren’t at our best but geez we get stuffed over by refs. A raiders fan behind me even said that the sin bin happened 40 minutes too late with their tactics.
