I think if Sheens was really interested in Coaching in the NRL he wouldn't have waited 10 years to come back...

Maybe he just preferred living in England

I doubt that very much

Sheens needs to take over at a higher level GM Football. He should be determining who stays and who goes. It’s the only way we make sure the right people are in the right positions.

This is where Pascoe falls down you need the head to know who is doing the right job and holding people accountable.

Exactly. If he is our Gould he would have control of not just pathways but ultimately everything in the football division: coaching, recruitment, pathways etc.

Keep Pascoe, or get rid of him I don’t really care. Give sheens the keys to the football club for 5 years and see where he can take us

I was born in the UK came to Oz when i was 12 and went back for a holiday for 2 years in the early 70s at the age of 20.People there are reasonably friendly but have a very narrow outlook on life. The country just seemed far more insular and less accomodating than what i like, also racism seemed far more entrenched there than here.
Decent place for a holiday but thats about it,i certainly would not like to live there

I'd love to see Brooks spend some time under sheens real shame he is stuck in England

We are in many ways but are more open than most countries.I would say the UK as a whole would be more open than England. The UK would certainly be more open minded than the USA.

How is that possible?
Potter debuted him in 2013 and even that was after an exemption was provided.
2014 was his first contracted year and Sheens was 2 years past coaching by then.
Correct me if I’m wrong but there was no such thing as development contracts back then.

U20s.
Probably crossed paths.

Doubt he was involved with much of Brooks development.

I guess Australia is because we are so far away to travel to other countries

Mate I'd be happy for the nrl to be canned for this year, no Junior development all the players locked up just so people can get paid over it
