I dont understand the drama with Sheens and a job title. Who gives a rats ring a ding ding. I will bet 1000/1 he knows what he has to do, and I bet the club knows, and I suspect we know what he is doing too.

Why the hang up about a ******* job title?

I hope everyone gets out of his way and lets him do what he does best irrespective of his title.

What does he do “best”?


#Educate kids how to play footy the right way.
#Identify talent in junior grades and know when they are ready for first grade.
#Change the style of our under 12 playbook that Madge has us playing.
#Identify what players are required to improve our squad.
#Have influence on potential new signings.
# Bring through and give confidence to our next crop of kids that are the future of this club.

How do you know he can do this, he hasn't been in the country for 10 years?

Sheens appears to be a student of the game. He doesn't strike me as someone who would be stuck in the past. I'd believe he'd be very relevant to our young players, building confidence and challenging them to find solutions to issues. I am glad he is back.
