It’s already been stated but sharks have a lot of moves going onWho can actually sign him without having to deal with moving others on? Only us. No other club could accomodate Luai without moving talent on.

That’s still having to move talent on to accomodate him. And given they just re-signed Toby Rudolf they made it even harder to fit Luai in.It’s already been stated but sharks have a lot of moves going on
Someone will make room for him. That’s still having to move talent on to accomodate him. And given they just re-signed Toby Rudolf they made it even harder to fit Luai in.
No player doesn't not sign with a new Club because "of the higher ups" nobody will knock back an extra $1.2m over 4 years because of "the higher ups"
A lot of clubs already have spots filled in the positions that would require freeing up a lot of cap money. If they want Luai they have a tough job ahead of them to get him.Someone will make room for him.
They turn their back on the perceived environment, the responsibility of club hierarchy.
Look at the imbalance in rosters across the NRL, anything is possible for some clubs.A lot of clubs already have spots filled in the positions that would require freeing up a lot of cap money. If they want Luai they have a tough job ahead of them to get him.
Should have been playing centre all along. Killed it against Manly one game, that should have been the end of that.I think AD has a lot to give. Unfortunately we didn't play him in his best position - which is centre or wing. So injuries occurred. He's 6'3 and a lean 105kg. After two reconstructions now, his best chance of making it back into the side mid-year is at 14.
I have feeling that WT are regretting that extension.
It will happen. Maybe it’s why they haven’t made a play yet. Anyone who thought this was going to be clear cut and he was going to sign on November 1 was delusional. If would have been malpractice by his manager if he allowed to sign with the first club to come along waving the chequebook.A lot of clubs already have spots filled in the positions that would require freeing up a lot of cap money. Look at it this way, they won’t let Hynes go that’s a given. Kennedy is a Fullback most clubs have one locked down and he’s good enough to not just be depth. Ramien a pretty good Centre but they just re-signed him Sharks so I don’t think they’ll tell him to look elswhere. Brailey is a good 9 but most clubs have one. Katoa a good winger probably not on too much money so letting him go doesn’t help them as much as you think it would. And now with Rudolf extended, that’s more money lost. Everyone else wouldn’t be on too much money apart from Finucane but no one is gonna take him now. Sharks have got it difficult to try and let some of these guys go to accomodate Luai.Look at the imbalance in rosters across the NRL, anything is possible for some clubs.
I never expected Luai to be signed on Nov 1 I would’ve been shocked if he was. But given most clubs have spots filled in the prime positions, Sharks have got a challenge on their hands. Right now they couldn’t afford him which is why they probably haven’t met with him and his management yet (if they have it hasn’t been reported by the media). But if he really wants his future sorted before he goes back to pre season training on December 8th, it doesn’t give Sharks much time to fit him in their cap.It will happen. IncorrectSorry boys I bring bad news, luai will not be joining the wests tigers.
100% he might not join, but it won't be because of Pascoe or Lee...who both might be on their way out anyway100% correct.
Does anyone really think he was coming for 24 or that we'd swap some player for him. How many players did Canterbury swap to get Burton and then Crichton ?
I am not getting my hopes up at all but I still think we are in the box seat.
Heard something? Or have faith he’s coming?Incorrect
Correct, it's what they call "the tail wagging the dog"I'm hearing what your saying, and it has merit. However, I guarantee the whinging on here would escalate if we did that, because the very notion of publicly denying every false rumour also in turn confirms every true rumour by way of silence. We would then all be complaining about us confirming stuff to our own detriment. The can of worms will be opened and we won't like it. It's tempting though, just to stick to the mddia grubs as much as possible, even if at times it's at our own detriment.
I love when insiders with different claims go to head to head.Incorrect
