Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

Experience, Footy IQ, Defence....
Skelton hasn't played anywhere near enough games to be compared to Addo Carr - And if we're going off their last outings, I'd suggest Skelton has a long, long way to go.
So would their last coaches you'd assume.

Turuva - who's played a few more games
- His kick return cartage is exaggerated here, But his defence is ordinary.
Addo Carrs communication in Defence isn't spoken on (Ever)
Maybe because he's so fast that's all anyone thinks he has to offer?
Turuva is a good finisher, Addo Carr can create something out of nothing,
I've not seen Turuva do the same.
happy to give you the experience thing and yeah id say addo carr is better then skelton right now. Future remains to be seen.

As for Turuva they have similar stats across the board, including defence.

and ill concede that includes yardage returns. i guess the big question is was addo carr ever available for us because if not its irrelevant

Jahream Bula is set to miss 4 weeks of action due to a hamstring injury. Bula pulled up sore chasing a Jarome Luai grubber on the final play against Canberra.

Heath Mason is expected to return to fullback, with Latu Fainu likely to partner Luai in the halves

not at Leichardt we won't
Maybe I'm just depressed but I think we've been pretty good the past month vs raiders, panthers, cowboys (down 12 men twice) and even the souths game galvin bombed. To not get a single win out of any of those while playing good makes me think our season will just go down the drain. I'm so over this and the false hope we get weekly with 'we nearly won' and 'the effort was there'. No, win ugly. Win pretty. Do whatever it takes

You think David Fifita would join us to play off the bench ?
I agree he could potentially do plenty of damage coming onto the field after the first 20mins, but he seems to be someone who lacks self belief at times and I don’t think starting off the bench would help with that issue.

Cobbo would be a worth a good look at as his price has dropped a lot and can cover a few positions.

Taylan will most likely get a run-in cup this week and if he goes well, he will be back in NRL quicker them most think.

Papali would be a smart buy for our kids development as well

Not sure how Turuvas Defence is being measured,
He's barely ever there, And certainly not quick enough to fix it.

Luke Luailli for me to fullback.

Keep Mason at 14 & Latu to 6/7.

Roosters you could see Taylan May in & Doueihi to fullback... Could explain with he is in Cup this week.

Can't back on TDS being around.

We have options but Bula under the high ball is gold & he goal line defence is very good. Fair loss considering we loose Luai for Origin 3.
