heard on the big breakfast show a week ago that we were very close to signing billy walters from the storm.

It's practically a done deal from what I understand.

@Russell I think Momo could well be the sleeper moving forward .. if his kicking continues to improve and he puts in the hard work into his kicking ect over the pre season he could be a real keeper . He has the main attribute to make the grade his mental toughness , he has taken some heavy hits confidence wise over the last month or so and has brushed it off and come back with some good performances.. watch this space !

He's too slow.

Bahahaha why are you going out of your way to not admit that you have egg on your face, and not avocado... you could’ve not remarked on it but in the live game thread kept saying that you’ve never questioned him , always supported him , blah blah you are full of it . Just eat humble pie like some of the rest of us and soak up what was a really great win under pressure!

Almost seems as if you’ve been hacked and it’s not you saying two polar opposite things

My god that went over your head didn’t it. I was making fun of myself. I’ve been his biggest critic forever.

I’ll put my hand up and say I thought he was a big disappointment midway through the year. I expected him to be a diamond in the rough coming out of the Roosters system. I thought he was hot air. Since the first Knights game though, he’s done a 180. Maybe the chance at playing in first grade consistently has helped his confidence. He’s solid as a rock, and has scored 10 tries in 12 games. He’s our leading try scorer for the year. Think about that. Our leading try scorer, and he’s only been in first grade for half the year.

Agree in saying that the players that were dropped to reserves have looked rubbish but stood up in firsts e.g. Nofaluma, Momoroski Taylor and Reynolds but have improved 10 fold in firsts.. Obviously there are problems with our reserve grade side..

He was very, very good tonight and I hope he continues to make me look like a fool moving forward.

Yep me too. Gave him a caning earlier this year. He is showing he is a footballer- he makes the right decisions under pressure. Esan does not do this. Also momirovski has shown he has heart. Since that terrible missed goal he has hardly missed one. Esan gave it away.

I have been on Momo case all year. He can defend, he can read a game, he has a great step, he could be a very good goal kicker and he seems to be a competitor. As for the bloke on the wing!!!!!!!!!!

I said that in the Knights(?) game where he had a godawful first 40 but he came back in the second half and played solidly. Ever since then he's been on a trajectory. Knows his way to the line, goal kicking has improved and a very smart footballer. Pretty sure our top try scorer didn't crack double digits last year?

Won't be hearing anything until our season is finished. Which is the right way of doing it imo.

Yep Jennings has really stood up.

Unfortunately only from the couch.

Have backed a couple of duds.

However have sung Momirovsky's praises for awhile and been howled down on here a fair bit.

Also one of the few that insisted he was going to be a good centre.

I am at least smiling over the past few weeks.

Just a rumour but Souths want Jai Arrow as a replacement for a prominent forward who has asked for a release to go back to the UK. If they can get him, the forward will be released. I hope he has to stay with Souths!

The Burgi brothers might not be happy to be splitting up, but as supercoach said, Rusty will do his uncle Nick impersonation again and get something sorted

The Bulldogs and several other clubs have held talks with Semi Radradra today. Understood he is in town and contemplating a return to the NRL in 2021. Full story in @aus_sport tomorrow
