I will never understand people who hyphenate their names for marriage. It's a lovely sentiment but it can only be applied for a single iteration.

For example Brandon Webster-Manfield marries Bonnie Wee-Lass. So what are their kids? Joey Webster-Manfield-Wee-Lass? What about Joey's kids? Kenny Webster-Manfield-Wee-Lass-Cherry-Ontop?

After a few hundred years you have more surnames than atoms in the universe.
