If Tedesco goes We MUST TARGET DANE GAGAI I think he might even be better then tedesco and I love tedesco but even Latrell Mitchell is probly better Just saying there are players out there maybe even someone from the UK or Rugby Union options even

Are you for real - Gagai and Mitchell better than Teddy.

I give up.

Yeah I'm foreal lol what has Teddy done that these two havnt I give up lol

I have a gut Feeling that if Teddy and Woods leave we will be fine , the club would be working overtime right now to see who would look at coming to us under Cleary , this plan B would be in full swing so we are not left behind as Cleary will not let it happen , he needs the players to get us playing finals Footy so we are not just sitting back waiting , Woods looks to me like he may well be going but Teddy could be the one to stay and if he does , we will need a big Forward to replace Woods , 5/8 to,cover Moses and there are players on the market to do this ,Moses money will go straight to the new 5/8 but Woods cash could get 2 big Forwards so no real concern , the rest will sort it self out as Rankin and others are easy replaced , we do need to get MM and Ava signed up asap as well along with Nofo who should already be signed up he is playing very well , I think we will have a very clear picture by next Tuesday arvo , this will have Brooks 10 day cooling over and Moses should also be close to time up , Cleary I think will push Woods and Teddy a bit for a decision as well , but if they both come out and sayer him we have not signed on anywhere I think he will give them a couple more weeks espesally if we are winning games

If Tedesco goes we immediately must sign Gagai or Bird. These two are the only good replacements for Tedesco unless we signed someone like Johnson or Widdop and played them at fullback, which I am personally not a fan of.
I really hope Tedesco stays.

We need players who are prepared to stomp on peoples heads… Our current blokes are too nice.

Packer or Lodge would be perfect for the Tigers!

Stuff Lodge but I will take Packer.

Is that because Lodge never spent any time in prison?

Question,

Would you have Danny Wicks in the team, avocadoontoast?

No chance in the world. I see Rugby League being a profession to which standards need to be met. For instance, if I was convicted of a crime of that magnitude I would be unable to work in my field. Why should I be held to a higher standard than a professional athlete?

Re-hab is the key, and a private organisation like the NRL has access to some of the best personnel to do this.

Getting the opportunity to play professional sports is a privilege, not a right. As far as i'm concerned if you go and traffic drugs or beat someone to within an inch of their life you've lost that privilege.

And just as a side note with regards to the link, Michael Vick is still an absolutely vile human being and Charles Colson was a leading architect of Watergate that later in life became a religious nutter.

Dragons forum reports that they are in the market with the Titans for Tupou.

A decent winger who probably needs a change.

Would look good in blacl gold and white.

While I wouldn't mind him I certainly wouldn't want to get into a bidding war over him. Not worth the cap space when we have to invest in the forward department.

We need another winger anyway. At this point who do we have playing opposite Nofoaluma next season?

Assuming Milne is signed and Suli stays at centre? Naiqama surely won't be kept. Are we keeping Idris and playing Milne on the wing? Surely not. We need to sign another outside back to play wing. Tupou would be okay, but tbh we should probably look for a value buy here and Tupou is definitely going to be overpriced. Either that or a utility.

Kurt Mann
David Mead
Dylan Edwards (if we could convince the Panthers to release him)

I read on the Dragons forum on LU that we are chasing Kurt Mann. He's a good signing for us for that last wing spot tbh because he can cover other spots in a pinch. I hope there is truth to it.

Would be good but we haven't shown any interest as yet. Word is he's on his way to manly. Tigers were fairly confident of getting whare so him staying at Penrith three a spanner in the works. It's gonna be hard to attract quality backs with no idea who the 5/8 or fullback is gonna be at this stage. And I think that's what cost tigers whare.

So you think Nofa will stay? Do you have any updates on teddy and woods. And is is true the widdop offer?

Yes he would be a very good signing. The advantage to targeting guys like Mann and Milne is that you can offer them something their current club is not - a starting spot in first grade. I'd be playing Mann ahead of McDonald at the Dragons at the moment and I'd have started Milne over Lafai at the start of the season, although Lafai is looking like he's rediscovered his form now.

Mann would probably set you back $150K less on the cap than Tupou and has shown himself a good finisher on the wing, plus he brings utility value that Tupou does not.
