Where does Wakeham come into the argument ?Neither would Wakeham in their top 17. Whats the point here?
Thats true. You got me. Just I call a spade a spade. You have a hide to say that given the garbage you flood most threads with
In the first sentence your honor. Wakeham V the other half back in conversation.Where does Wakeham come into the argument ?
My opinion on him is he gives his best and can’t fault him for that, but we cannot possibly have him in our top 30 moving forward.
The point I’m making is our potential recruitment talk is focused on players not under contract for 2024. We should be focusing on any good quality players who are not currently regular starters at their current club. The chances are they would be interested in a pay increase and a likely starting position if we come calling for them.
Before the wooden spoon is settledWe need the NSW premier to show some leadership like Dan Andrews and cancel the NRL season . Politis already lobbying.
They are average. Thats the conundrumIt's simple. If we had even average halves this year we'd be top 8 right now.
Better than you and me on the field. Off the field - different storyWakeham can play KOE on a train and trial as an emergency option. It'd have to be a catastrophic emergency though.
Goal kicking aside he’s not even half the player that Jesse Marschke at the Bears is.Wakeham can play KOE on a train and trial as an emergency option. It'd have to be a catastrophic emergency though.
Now for a serious answer5 years
I mean, the Warriors don’t resign him by November. As in decision made letting him go to market.I hear you. Begars cant be choosers. But
If he signs in January would you forgive him?
Baddabing BaddaboomGoal kicking aside he’s not even half the player that Jesse Marschke at the Bears is.
If we want someone who’s happy to be a back up, fringe top 30 type of player he should be the one.
Has decent size and speed, decent kicking game, but most importantly regularly goes ti the line and takes a hit to create space for his team mates.
I’d select you sight unseen over Wakeham or Smith or Keparoa to be honest.Better than you and me on the field. Off the field - different story
Luke o donnelNot too many that fit that description unless you mean an Ex Balmain Tigers player.
Seriously some of the boys locked up 3 to 5 years. Need to so undont loose them. Now for a serious answer
I read last year we had retained him despite strong interest from the Raiders. I'm not sure of the length of contract.Anyone know how long Da Silva is contracted for?
