If someone called me a shunter I reckon I'd drop 'em.When and where were you shunter at Ink?
Young Bula will be fullback long term.If Moses is actually coming- I get the feeling Doueihi will be asked to resume his fullback duties. Both Staines & Laurie are on 1 year deals. That FB spot is up for grabs next season, and Doueihi can play that role easily.
Yep, not in the Top 30, so can play after Round 10.hope so too, does he have to wait until round 10 ?
you watched him play fullback didn't you, hopeless. Cannot tackle. Suspended for a shoulder charge. If Moses is actually coming- I get the feeling Doueihi will be asked to resume his fullback duties. Both Staines & Laurie are on 1 year deals. That FB spot is up for grabs next season, and Doueihi can play that role easily.
I was in Countrylink and was in the Marketing Department. I was responsible for producing the artwork for the XPT & Xplorer trains tourism posters & brochures. I was responsible for having the Tiger placed on top of the XPT as the Figurehead for the Western Plains Zoo promotion. The original artist wanted an Elephant but I insisted it had to be a Tiger. I'll dig up the picture and post it tomorrow.Thought you may have been referring to Enfield when you mentioned shunting.
I was next dootr at Delec as a Driver 1977-1990 then Petersham as a Training Officer in the Driver Training section 1991-94.
National Rail / Pacific National 1994- 2013 with a Final stint over in the Pilbara with FMG on the Iron Ore 2013-2021.
Well he is certainly in like company then.
Stef, Blore, Laurie, yet to establish themselves after different levels of hype. Will be interesting to see who steps up if any do at all. Then it will be the age old arguement player or coach...
thanks robbieYep, not in the Top 30, so can play after Round 10.
He’s very good and could maybe see a debut late in the year, but I don’t think before then.
He’s only 18.
Definitely a lot of first grade game time in 2024 though.
Just for laughs, all that have a shed shall step in and spend a bit of time there, then come here and post.sold
This is so true but with a club like ours that has performed so poorly over the past 10 years we can only clutch at straws in the hope that somehow sometime we gonna find success .. and thats is exactly what we are doing nowMost supporters at all clubs tend to overvalue their juniors and we are exactly the same.It is sad but true that most will not be consistent first grade players and it is very hard to find and keep the right ones because some players develop late and some peak early but do not improve.
But as always i hope we get it right this time
It was tongue in cheek bud. But we do have a history of issuing them 😆No way in hell should we put out a media release saying we missed a signing that’s amateur hour at its finest. You will know we missed him when Parra make their statement, there’s absolutely no need to make ourselves look like idiots again.
ahh so thats were its all happening. lol,im closing the roller door untill its all over.and wont be tempted out for anything less than a bottle of wodka and 3 backs of ciggiesJust for laughs, all that have a shed shall step in and spend a bit of time there, then come here and post.
Should be funny.
I’ll be having surgery tomorrow and when I awake I hope I see Mitch Moses has committed to the west tigers, if not I’ll tell them put me back asleep and wake me when he signs
Best wishes for the surgery. Hope it all goes well. MM would be a great "get " but if not, at least we tried!
And reality is we may create the future of a Grand Final winning group like Penrith have done in the last few years.Reality is we might only be ale to squeeze out 1 possibly 2 regular first graders out of that lot. The step up from being a talented junior to 1st grade is huge
Unless you’re in the Penrith system … by the time Cleary is ready to retire I’m sure they’ll have a ready made replacement who is just as good
at least this place has some life about it/robust at times, but isn't life like that? The other two libraries/forums will just still be cric -ketsThis place could explode (if he comes or stays).
3…don’t forget that useless Discord oneat least this place has some life about it/robust at times, but isn't life like that? The other two libraries/forums will just still be cric -kets

I thought they banned backs, especially hairy ones! 🥃ahh so thats were its all happening. lol,im closing the roller door untill its all over.and wont be tempted out for anything less than a bottle of wodka and 3 backs of ciggies
The weird thing with his short kicks is that at one point 2018-19 I remember it being on of his strengths than it and alot of the upside of his game disappeared in 2020haha.
Brooks has no voice, has poor game management, has a poor short kicking game and has been very low on confidence... but...
He's a solid defender, with a a good running game, reasonably ok kicking game (attacking kicks to corners for wingers is ok, long kicks ok, grubber kicks for drop outs not so great), he always try's his best and has stuck solid with the club.
He's a running half back or running 5/8... but he needs a leader around him in the halves like a moses, or hooker being Api, who can be the voice, direct the game management and take over short kicking game and pump up his tyres to give him confidence.
If you want him for the other stuff you're wasting your time and only going to make his confidence worse.
And he's probably worth $650K - $750K for that role.
