Would suspect May, Mapapalangi + Tu'itupou will take Naden, Feledy & Staines respective positions, so I can see us easily at 27 for instance (and I think thats an upgrade - each would be on minimum and offer more other than potentially Staines).

Leaves us three positions. IMO need a starting lock, halves depth and unsure on the final spot. Maybe another edge forward? But really, would be looking to drop big money on a lock - snag a star from somewhere.

All I see is that Bula is more well liked around this forum, so it’s okay for him to be with Moses but not okay for Doueihi.

It shows how our former board may have had ties to him, I think them even just suggesting a manager for one of their players should be a breach of the salary cap rules. It also demonstrates that after everything he did in 2017 when he helped gut the club, the club would still recommend him. It shows how incompetent and out of their depth the former board were.
Bula has stated he wants to stay when asked about his manager after the Galvin saga. It's not that people leave, it's the way they leave. It's all good for Bula now, but the stories will start once he's up for renewal. Just like with AD now. All he has to do is come out and say it's all garbage. But he won't cause it's the narrative his new manager wants out there. If Bula tells his manager to keep his mouth shut and do his job, noone will have an issue with it. We will see when the time comes.

He didn't have the same impact as Makasini in the second half but nor did he see much ball. His best moment was when he drove one of the Raiders 5m back into the in-goals.

Read he had a big game in Reggie’s last weekend, maybe the pennys dropped. He’s certainly got the bulk we need.

No one wants their own players failing, so if he comes good I’d take my words back and give credit where due

He went well. Did nothing wrong and was strong with the ball. Some guys look like pillows at this level but he didn't. A good depth pickup if he keeps his head screwed on.

If he stays disciplined he'll be more than a depth signing. He was devastating in his first season for the Panthers pre-injury and off-field incidents. Hopefully Terrell can keep him focused and he can deliver on his enormous potential.

Buzz hitting the bottle again!.. Feledy has had more than enough chances to show whether he is NRL standard...simply put he isn't.

He is only 20 and has played 30 odd NSW cup games and been blooded. The problem was he was top 30. If he wasn’t already top 30 we'd be viewing him as the promising prospect he is.

Funny thing though, pretty sure Bula didn't have an agent, either someone at the club or on our board called in Isaac Moses to represent him. That's how he got Bula into his stable, was through the club.

Yes and he was impressive - more then I expected. Big, strong,quick, soft hands and his play the ball speed stood out - got us on the front foot with every run. Defensively he only had a few tackles and with new combinations but didn't look like he wouldn't be able to stand up.

Exceeded my expectations for a kid playing against men honestly , the hype is real

Leave the kid playing the odd game in Koe next season as stated before we will have a very good Flegg side if they let it be develop in that way.

Strong for a first hit out. Limited opportunities but he’s a first grader. Makasini is impressive I believe he will be left centre next season and May will beat out Skelton on the left wing. The kid is physically ready for first grade in teach may be the best athlete at the Tigers.

He does … but the key takeaway is to pick up the option beforehand …even if it means paying him $900k…rather than open a door for Moses to work his magic
