Correct and as I keep saying Skelton is not a bad player, but within the team we currently have we have a noticeable lack of strike from long distance, how is that a good thing ?Let me ask you.
Skelton has the size and strength.
Khan-Pereira or Stonestreet have the speed.
Skelton can't score long range tries, but gets a lot of barge overs because he's big and strong + he gets the yardage.
Can Khan-Pereira get the same tries Skelton scores without the stregth and size?
Don't you win some and lose some whoever you choose?
So that being the case doesn’t common sense tell us we need to do something to change it and that means sacrificing some players for others that give us what we are lacking.
At the end of the day you ideally need at least 3 spare outside backs that add competition and quality whenever required, much the same as it iis with the forwards, but that’s a whole other issue.
