Yeah basically told he won’t be extended beyond 2026 & club happy for him to test the market and try to secure a longer term deal. But club is happy for him to stay next season too.

Funnily enough if Sloane could get his defense right and get the dopey mistakes out of his game, he would be an asset to any team's backline.

Can score a try from anywhere with his electric pace he needs to get out of the dragons he's going stale there, a good project for Bellamy he has a track record of turning these types of players careers around.
 
CHN is been looking around Sydney clubs. I wonder if we have an interest? You would not go too big after 18 months off, but he would have to have fallen off the edge of a cliff to not still be better than what we mostly have.

But we have:
Makasini
Toa
Tyrone May
Turuva

With Skelton around as well. I wouldn't be looking at Bailey S, unless he comes cheap. I would ask Luai on Alamotti because Luai would have played with him.

Sloan though can cross the line. His defence isn't good and that worries me. One thing our backline has done is helped our defense go from Bad to "kinda not so bad". We are getting rammed in the forwards and I would like to keep the current lineup as I expect their defense to improve with fewer player changes.

Saukuru can bust the defence line, big and fast. Had a great game today in Flegg won 42 - 6.
I thought Mitch Taotua went well also.........similar to Saukuru in size, height and style.
And Max got a double in the centres. All three are, "Keepers" IMO

Naaghh! But give him a full off season with NRL side. That would be great for his engine.

Max got a hattrick. He's been killing it in the centres this year.

Think Max and Tino Tavanas performances this year is why the club is happy for Naden and Staines to go. Both should be regulars for NSW cup next year imo.
