Maguire said they might not be able to sign Rowdy because they only have 2 spots on the roster left, no will take Grub so we will have him next year, we need Benji’s spot on the roster, plus Benji is not going to be getting any better next year

Benji has been pretty good this season though. Sure his last game was puss but he would have to be the best value for money half in the entire comp based on performances this year.

I just don't see how getting rid of him helps us out at all.

As for Lawrence not being signed let's see what happens but if there are two spots available then I think there are spots for him.

We need to fill holes all over the place, but Madge said there is only 2 spots left, we can't carry Grub and Benji, and no one wants Grub so we will have him again, me I like Grub and think he will be of use

Ash Taylor may have played his last game for Titans. The club is open to subsidising his salary to play for a rival side next year. NRL Clubs have already enquired. Titans happy to keep him too but feel change of scenery could be best.

Yes. The guy is a basket case. One week he is happy and the next he is deeply depressed.
I think he needs some help and a season off.

@851 Could you really get rid of Benji. If you watch us against Manly he is basically our best player and he has been all season.

I think getting rid of Benji would be a really poor decision.

Liddle could now be gone for many months, and with only 2 spots to fill, we can't carry Grub and Benji, and Benji caused the momentum shift with the crap pass to Nofa, we never got the ball back and manly kept scoring

Maybe the best we can see for Liddle in his future with us is as the backup hooker. WT cannot rely on him getting and staying on the field. Bad luck for Liddle but the WT have to think beyond him.

You cannot be serious in relation to the point on the game turner. Surely not.

Should never have re-signed Liddle so early, or long term. Should've been a 1 year deal.

But we brought back Warren McDonnell, despite his track record of screwing up our recruitment and retention (and salary cap) up til 2015, before going to the Bulldogs and doing worse over there.

No pun intended?

I cannot see Chris Lawrence being re-signed into next year... I think at this stage it would be considered bad management, it’s very clear we need some hard hitting forwards...Unfortunately for Chris he becomes collateral damage with no room to be sentimental our roster has been screwed up well and truly by that idiot at Penrith.

The fact he hasn't signed yet doesn't bode well. Mind you Benji hasn't officially signed on for next year yet if I'm not mistaken.
