Why are you pointing the finger at people who wanted nothing to do with him, as if it was their decision to sign him or not? Point it at the club.

I totally agree with you RE Fifita though, maybe a more realistic player in a similar category could be an Elliot Whitehead or an Isaac Liu, pinch one of the stronger more mongrel infested prop/locks from the winning culture at either of those clubs (because Broncs and now it appears Souths never lose the ones they want) and we start to have a real quality pack.

Appreciate your opinion Avo - just don't think it is all down to him - if you were to say Lewis and the last few weeks Forun, I would agree with you.

Personally i would love to have Bateman (was I wrong about him a few years ago when he was playing centre) - Not necessarily a mongrel but a real good player.

Yes, but he’s on a big contract and we have no cap room. We obviously tried to free some up but couldn’t. It’s a totally moot point. You might as well say Margot Robbie is better looking than your wife: it may well be true, but you have to manage with the one who’s plausibly available to you.
