Nofo and Simo had been quiet lately. I remembered they used to take the balls up, broke tackles, made metres in the beginning of the year. Are they playing injured?.

I can remember back to when our whole team was a balls up.

1\. Tedesco
2\. Nofoaluma
3\. Simona
4\. Lawrence
5\. Richards
6\. Austin
7\. Brooks
8\. Seumanufagai
9\. Luani
10\. Galloway
11\. Fulton/Sue
12\. Thompson
13\. Blair

14\. Sironen
15\. Taupau
16\. Gavet
17\. Akauola

18\. Halatau

I think with Fulton's recent history of concussions, i doubt he'll get the all-clear. But if he was fit, Akauola would make way and Sue would come back to the bench

I think Potter will stick with Luani as he has built up some combinations with Brooks , Anasta and Austin

Halatau might be on the bench

I suspect you are right….although Luani has offered little to our attack when he has played,.

3\. simona
4\. lawrence
5\. patty
6\. anasta
7\. brroooks

i wonder if halatau will replace austin on the bench though.

Team was announced a while ago. Surprised its not up anywhere. Halatau on the bench and still no Gavet. Bummer. Siro starting and Austin on the bench. Luani at 9.

Lulia as 19th man? Koro is gone obviously. Massive shame from a lover of exciting footy. Lulia vs Reddy would be a great battle of the plodders.

I would start with Akauola instead of Kapow..
Martin seems a better impact player..

Tapau is more effective as an impact player, but Akauola is hardly a starting prop so Potter's doing what he needs to do.

Hamstring injuries can be really complicated. You can have a minor tear, and the leg might feel great after a few weeks of rehab then you start running and you reinjure it again. I've torn my left hamstring about 4 times and it's never been the same since; that was three years ago. They are extremely difficult to injuries to manage and very easy to aggravate. The club is more than likely taking a cautious approach because they don't want him to strain or tear it again.
