The incompetence of Steven Humpries is there for all to see. He should publicly apologise to players and fans or better yet resign.

are you serious?? Humphries is the best CEO we've ever had

I wonder if those upset with the game not being at Leichhardt or Cambo will be fronting at the WestsSFS to cheer their guts out.....

Err yes.
You dont need to agree with every single decision a club makes to support them.

You dont appear to agree with anything the club or Sheens does.

Has anyone got an email from the club with their member code, mine hasn't come as yet.

Its the same as the number on your card.

So now people that couldnt be arsed in getting memberships at the start of the year are given the same benefits that people that did are???
They keep moving the goalposts.

Yeah….shame on me.

I have worked out that we have about 7000 members and the roosters about 3000\. If we all have the chance to buy 10 tickets the match could sell out on Monday before the general public get a chance to buy ticktes.

Sometimes I just don't understand some people's way of thinking. It's no fluke that the the club is in the best shape it has ever been since the joint venture started. You dont hear him comparing us to Manchester United.

At April we had 6290 and the Roosters had 5318

11,500x
____10=
115,000

Both will no doubt have more by now

Playing any of our home games in the eastern suburbs is outrageous, but playing a semi final in the Eastern Suburbs is unforgivable.

what a joke….steven humphries has changed this club since he first walked in and your saying that...we are finally attracting big name players and we even finished 3rd...there is absoloutely no reason for him to resign at all

how would you like it if you were one of the fans locked out of the game at leichardt?

What a stupid thread
Some can never be pleased
If we are good enough we will beat them anywhere simple as that

It's like I always said, we can win 5 comps in a row and some of our fans will find something to complain about.

It was inevitable before the w/e that we'd play the roosters or the Warriors if we finished 3rd or 4th..which makes no sense of our shutting the game down Fri nite after Titans scored with the long kick off.
Even tho there wasnt a lot of time left, pursuit of second was critical as it was not only going to favor us in the draw, but also potentially give us a week off in a fortnite..so why close the game down?
More visionary coaching from the spinmister…always looking forward is our coach

Yes and Sheens has so much influence he had the other team run dead… :unamused:

Makes it even sweeter when we smash the Rorters and on Sunday the Raiders roll St Choke and it's bye bye Rorters...

The decision of where we play our first final in 5 years has been made, everyone just please get over it. It won’t matter where we play or who the mighty Wests Tigers will win.

There is a lot of strange thinking in this thread. To keep the maths simple assume both Leichhardt and Campbelltown both hold 20,000 and there is a 50/50 split of supporters. If we played the final at one of these grounds that means only 10,000 Wests Tigers supporters will be able to attend. At the last Storm game at Leichhardt about 20,000 Wests Tigers supporters where there but that is only because about 100 Storm supporters attended. That won’t be the case for the finals as the split will be more even and many Wests Tigers fans would miss out.

There will not be any so called home ground advantage for Wests Tigers playing the first final at either Leichhardt or Campbelltown, just ask St Choke. Wests Tigers have a perfect finals record at the SFS. My view is that big occasions call for big stadiums, that’s when you have atmosphere. The best game ever at the SFS was the Wests Tigers vs St Choke in 2005 and the Wests Tigers fans were going off.

Rather than trying to fill a 20,000 seat stadium I would much rather try and fill 45,000 seats at the SFS or even the 83,000 seat ANZ stadium. Think big everyone, try and get as many bums on seats as we can. In the end as many supporters as possible attending is what will help us win.

Go the Wests Tigers.

Not exactly..al Im saying is coaching staff didnt have the foresight to chase 2nd slot a little harder rather than close the game down towards the end.Not saying we wld have won,but at least given ourselves a chance.
A bit like kicking a field goal when yr two behind..?

BTW,SFS was at the time a smart move by a smart CEO…he's made every post a winner,& shouldnt be castigated thru a little bad luck drawing Easts

Thought you'd be happy Ink. Your whole case for having the game at LO was so we would get more members for 2011\. The tigers now have turned the game at the SFS as a way to get more members.

My only complain is that Roosters members should not be able to buy tickets on the Monday, like we can.

It's our home game and we should get first dibs.

Other than that, nothing to see here. We were never, ever going to play a semi final at Leichhardt and Campbelltown and anyone who thought so is simply deluded.

As for the game, bit worried about the Roosters, would have much preferred to play the Warriors…
