TIGERS TARGET CENTRES AND BACK-ROWERS FOR 2016

Tyson Frizzell is an absolute beast, big fan of him and he could bring loads to our side at a cheap-ish price if we get in early.
No idea how long he's signed for, but he would be massive.

You would think Dragons have enough in there Cap to fight off other offers , if Clubs were to make a play for him.

I'll throw a name in as a potential prop / second rower …. James Tamou..!!. Tamou is off contract with the Cows and he wants to come to Sydney. After all Keith Galloway isn't getting any younger, there are other players I believe we could also, or start looking at to off load .... Galloway and Richards would be looking at retiring soon .... Moltzen wants to be next to Benji again .... and maybe Lawrence, he just looks like the game has passed him at the moment.

Ethan Lowe would be a good addition to the side should Richards call it quits .... Lowe is a good goal kicker. James Tamou could add that needed go forward if Galloway goes. (although I thought Keithy had a great game the other night against the Warriors.)

Teams are starting to target Niaqama on the wing because of his lack of height .... Daniel Tupou would fix that problem.

Anyways enough of all this, let's look forward to our next game against the Faiders .... we need to concentrate on winning this one to put us up in the top 4 !!

Let's go Tigers :sign:

I'm happy with our back row stocks at the moment

We need a centre at the moment , and it will all come down to getting the right person for our set up at the right price

I heard on the Radio Today during the Raiders Call that Tamou will be going to the Raiders next year as his Wife is about to give birth to there 2nd Child and her Family are from a town just outside Canberra . They reckon by the end of next week should be announced . We will see.

Pretty sure tamou was asking around $600k a year.

I would only take home for half that mate.

They were all solid and had to do the hard meters.
When our centres have games like that they get criticism for a lack of spark.

Lawrence has had some poor moments over the last couple of years with dropped balls and poor reads in defence but I don't think he has been as bad as everyone states. This year he has been solid. I think Simona is a great centre.

I think we need to look to replace Richards and just get some more speed out wide. Koro would be a great option.

Delouise Hoeter would be another.

Here's someone controversial. What about Jacob loko. He looked like he was going to be anything at parramatta. He's now on last warning at Canterbury. Not sure where he's at injury wise but he may have hit rock bottom and be about to turn it around ( maybe not also ). Wouldn't command top dollar at moment as is down the pecking order at Canterbury with rona/lafai/Morris etc.

He always seems to be sitting on the sidelines with some injury though. But if he could string a few games together he could be a great signing.

Centres is where our major problem is.
Happy to target two quality centres for 2016.
I don't see second row an issues as I think we have great talent plus depth in area.
SKD and Fonua would be my choices to allow Seve time to develop before NRL.
Simona is more of a winger

Gold Coast have massive salary cap problems thanks to DCE. Roberts would/could be a sensation in our young side.

Would love to see Roberts in the Tigers colours

Defencely he is poor but that was a while ago cause he missed last year at Parra with injury.
He wouldn't command much money but he has various issues to deal with before he can be a good NRL player.
Maybe the last incident was his big wake up call.

News on Roberts and others from FoxSports
"The Titans will also meet with star centre James Roberts this week to extend his contract.

Roberts wants to stay on the Gold Coast and the club wants him to stay too.

However, he will require an upgrade on his current deal due to his stunning form.

Gold Coast need to fit him in their cap alongside their marquee signing in Daly Cherry-Evans, also managed by Orr, who is being paid more than $1 million a year from next season.

The Titans are still interested in signing a strike centre after missing out on Dane Gagai, who has re-signed with Newcastle.

Then they need to re-sign Kane Elgey, who has received a significant offer from Manly, who want him to replace Cherry-Evans.

There's 3 or 4 Sydney clubs apparently interested in Nate Myles. I'm going to go out on a limb and say we'd be a good chance of being one of them.

Would be a perfect addition to our pack at 13 [1-2 years], allowing Lodge to develop at his own pace!

I hate the be the Tigers supporter spurning a rep player because he's not good enough, but he's been Blair-esque so far this year. High error, low impact. (though could possibly be hampered by an injury).

Personally, I haven't seen much of him this year so I won't question your opinion.
