I don't expect many more signing now. Having expensive gun internationals like Marshall, Lote, Ellis and Blair will take a HUGE chunk out of the cap. We'll have to rely a lot on junior talent coming through next year.

You have no idea,also Reddy is Bryson Goodwins brother inlaw,so he might have a chat to him.

I honestly dont think you could name a centre that you would not play ahead of reddy in any team and a front rower that would not play ahead of Bell…

Very happy with all 3 signings, epsecially Bell. I think he will be just what we need-a big, solid, straight running prop. Just what everyone's been asking for!

as far as Bell goes you can hardly call a guy who has played over 100 games one of the worst players in the comp
at least with Bell you know that you will get 1 thing out of him that you won't get out of Fifita.The fact he'll run straight

Good looking team. Hopefully we don't lose Mullaney before he gets a chance in first grade. I don't remember Reddy's support play being that good…...but I could be wrong.
 
Going at the end of the season are some of the Tigers' most popular players, including prop Bryce Gibbs and utility Tim Moltzen, although chief executive Steve Humphreys insisted yesterday Chris Heighington would not be joining them despite the hard-working backrower being linked to Penrith.

There may be more movement yet as Humphreys confirmed the club would be open to letting winger Beau Ryan leave if he came to them with a good offer.

"He is contracted until the end of 2012 and right now we're not in a position to make any commitments beyond that," he said.
 
I think everyone who's read the Joel Reddy thread knows I'm pleased he's here…

As far as Adam Blair is concerned, I just have fingers crossed he is worth the money!

Bell is a smart signing - he wouldn't suck too much cap, but is in one of the best prop rotations in the comp - the comments from Panthers fans is a testament to what a great leader he will be to our young ones as well!

I'm still wondering who smoking gun is talking about...
maybe another Kiwi... Goodwin? - ALSO JOEL REDDY'S BROTHER IN LAW lol

I never liked Gibbs because of his off field digraces and Tim Moltzen has shown nothing this year despite haveing plenty of chances.

indeed .. and next season it will gibbs who ? gibbs should be in state cup now anyway. we dont need him.
 
Just on Blairs contract… the reports say up to $2mil over 4 years... So that does mean that he has a base salery of $500k/season he might well have incentives/clauses built-in to the contract to get up to the $500k/season, such as the number of games played or similar...
