I just think that the bench is a bit light on, would have liked to se JJ and Grant in the 17, especially against the chooks.
 
I wonder if people saw the trial and how crap we were until MCK came on and changed the game, making a huge impact off the bench.
 
Their backline to ours looks like FG playing reserves. I want to believe but I just cant see how we can compete with that - and Badger well thats the icing for me.
 
If a side was picked between the 2 sides we would get 1 back and 3 forwards selected imo.

Just saying that's all.

Thank god it's a team sport and the rorters are a team of individuals.

I saw that and he played well… he tries his hardest... not sure why there is so much hate for MCK.
 
Hard to knock team selections when we have not seen them on the training paddock all summer. I can understand why people get annoyed throughout the year when we actually see them on the field, but round 1 is very different.
 
Well we can all hope for changes to this team named with 21 named. Really don't like our back row that much with Taylor and Lawrence in the starting side. Hhhhhhhhmmmmmmmm glad I'm working on Saturday.

Exactly. It's a new team. It's Round One. You can't pick a side on names or reputation. You have to pick the guys that are going to give their all. If they don't, they'll soon be in reggies.

Everyone knows he's done nothing for 7 years ... The mind boggles !

I also thought Lolohea was too fat to play ?
And Marshall hadn't played a trial game as yet !
