Reynolds McQueen drop off reserves

Is it a becoming a pattern that Madge punishes those suspended for an additional week?
We all know Packer would have been handy against the Panthers but yet he played Clark instead...
Do we expect that Joey will be back next week?

Would need to improve his defence heaps to do that.

Last week Lawrence cost more points in attack than he saved in defence, he has to go. Defence can be coached.

That's ridiculous.

What has that to do with Garner and his shonky defence.

If you're going to make a comparison with Garner and Lawrence, how about the far superior record of Garner in catching and holding the bullet pass from a half, as opposed to Lawrence, who invariably spills it?

One of them is the future. One of them is the past. And, let's acknowldge Chrissy for the great Tiger that he has been. But, not at the expense of a better future.

Now, don't jump in half baked.

My answer was to...

"Last week Lawrence cost more points in attack than he saved in defence, he has to go. Defence can be coached."

We know future / present / hands like feet / Flipper.

I'm asking how about some credit when credit is due.

Everyone was jumping up and down when he was picked to play centre a few weeks ago - he did a great job and helped us out in a tight spot.

Then he cost us tries -helps if your winger is there to receive a pass - Sheesh!

People are saying - oh! he won't be in the 17 next week..ok, maybe he won't that is Madges choice.

It doesn't mean people have to put crap on him all the time - people just have agendas I think.

2020: Luke Garner 5 errors in 9 games. Chris Lawrence: 5 errors in 8 games. Nofo has made 14 in 11 games. Stephen Crichton has made 15 errors in 11 games and by all accounts having a great season.

Not sure if it was discussed in the live game thread last week.

But Mbye took the penalty conversion at 10 - 4 in the 1st half and failed to put the ball dead.
Lucky the kick went through the middle otherwsise the Parra player would have caught it and ran back in play. Lack of thinking on Mybe's part. He doesn't seem like a natural kicker, his striking action when connecting with the ball seems to be pulled at times (stabs) and follows through other times.

I hope Doueihi is given the kicking duty for the rest of the year as he has a natural strike. Only way to build confidence in him is to give him the duty week in week out.

Worst technique/strike I've seen in the top grade. It's like a dodgy golf swing that needs a complete re-build. Bad fundamentals...

Anyone know if we have an official kicking coach on the staff?

Best one I saw was Sticky Ricky. Came to my school each year for a couple sessions during pre-season. Knows his stuff

Living legend. Will not say a bad word about him.

Mbye's fault then
