We used to be a club built on our great juniors, attacking football and used to have players taking pay cuts to stay together . We won a premiership but missed the finals more then we made them had soft deffence so we got rid of Sheens and now don't have an identity.
We also lost a lot of our great juniors we had other coaches come in and try replicate storm style of play and it has never worked we are still soft.
I want us to come up with a new style of play that exploits the faster game not unsuccessfully copy the big clubs. An attacking team with set plays and slick ball movement that attack just as hard with out the ball in defense. I dare to dream

The Tigers should have a few simple rules. When you walk out the door and finish up your career whether in admin or a player, you walk out a better person. And that at least half a dozen juniors should be in the top 30 playing list. Thats all.

Have said it before, but I believe the corporate identity and culture of the club is badly tarnished and the failure to successfully recover from this, by now, is because(like someone else said) we're still pulling out the weeds and it's still a work in progress.
