What achievements have the tigers made this season if we dont make semis???

Why would the raiders or panthers downplay their seasons when one is coming 3rd and the other 7th.

Same season but I don't think Souths roosters or parra and manly to a degree will have bad seasons next year there squads will be improved where's ours will be the same

dont bother Tiger2005 - this guys jumps at shadows and anyone or anything that he feels is against his beloved coach. he could be part of the spilt beers posse - who knows.

if the club finished 7th - the fans would be jumping for joy !
but he would still find a way to have a go at anyone who has questioned the coach this year
its ridiculous - but you have to give it to him… constant and unashamed
some of us get a good chuckle from the replies. its so obvious

Well, what is your opinion of Pascoe and co's role in this? If Paul Green dropped Thurston do you think Cowboys management would stand back and allow it. Me personally, i don't think they'd allow that much of the cap being wasted if they didn't at the very least support JT.

mate - my opinion is that anyone and everyone that has played a part in this mess are all equally to blame.

The coach, the player, the club - all of them !

regardless of whose side you sit on, that much of the cap, a player who is still the best option in that position and still amongst the the top 17 players in the club - they all needed to come together and make it work, or pay him out once and for all and be done with it

they have all played a hand in allowing this to simmer for the entire season

footy and whos side you sit on….. all that aside...
none of them is better than the other in this crap !

Yes ive worked it out pretty quickly lol. Ive got mates who are bulldog supporters, their team is in the top 4 and they question hasler on a weekly basis. Doesnt make you anymore or less a supporter. But i guess love is blind sometimes lol.

People are passionately debating the pro Farah anti Farah thing and the pro Taylor and anti Taylor thing, the funny thing I doubt any of us have any real idea what is and has been going on behind the scenes. We all have read bits in the media and have had a few so called people in the know feed us info, but basically we have no idea what has transpired over the past year or two.

I doubt the real truth will ever come out, but i suppose come 2017 either one or both of them have to be removed

My prediction is more of the same as we'll have the same 7 and and predominantly the same pack which seem to be just a bit behind whats needed to make the finals.

Good point here I think. We can all carry on about the merit of coach or hooker, but the 7 and the pack are just not quite at the same level as some others. As Brooks is young, there's hope for improvement. If Woods remains our "best" forward, we are in big trouble.

The absolute number 1 priority in the offseason should be to buy a proven goal kicker. It should be written on the top of the white board in block letters in the WT board room. That and sorting out this abysmal hooker policy. Please just play a recognised hooker at #9\. We are the only team that does it and we look like amateurs. I bet the players can't sometimes remember who is playing or defending where when we have three people rotating around so that a forward filling in at hooker can have a rest. It's just dumb and arrogant coaching.

It's your assumption that they don't know, they're professionals who have been playing the game since they were 7 and 8 years old, I would assume they would know what they are doing. And don't worry about your precious #9, we'll have 2 of them in first grade next year.

If we remain injury free, on the back of 3rd season in with the same coach, same halves and fullback, as well as another year of experience for our forwards, plus stability at a corporate level, then we will definitely be in the mix for the top 4…

On top of that if Moses can improve his kick %, or we are able to sign / promote a decent kicker as well as extend ETs contract and promote Liddle, then there is no reason we can't win the premiership...

Only reason i can see we won't make the finals next year is if we have a really bad run with injuries to our spine...

That's about 10 or 11 "ifs" , if you add about half a dozen more, you may be right on the money, unless …......
