Our forwards are the softest in the Nrl , our halves suck , we have no speed , no goalkicker and no ticker .the only way is up from here 😂

That's pretty much it, our forwards don't have the quality to match it with other teams. We have no speed. No elite players like Tedesco. I don't think it's a problem with our culture really. Our roster is just so ordinary and being demanded to do so much. Roosters with so much stars injured still had way many stars than us playing. We have none basically hah.

This is our no 1 problem area. We do need a left winger as well. Then hopefully Talau gets a spot in the centres.

We aren't that bad. I think our forwards are building nicely. Our halves are terrible. They've just lost it this year. The goalkicking is a massive problem.

The worst part of being a Tigers fan is the hope. I swear I'd rather be a fan of a forever wooden spoon team than a forever 9th team.

That "hope" is reinforced by the Coach who keeps telling us that he "believes in the boys" and that "we're a better team than where we sit on the table".

The longer the season goes on, the less I believe him. I think we're just very ordinary; physically, tactically, mentally and in terms of resilience, toughness and ability.

And, the Coach needs to accept some of the blame for those weaknesses in our team.

So he should tell them that he doesn't believe in them?

Ive said it before and i'll say it again (broken record) The club doesn't stand for anything! We are Rugby Leagues nomads and until we change that we will keep getting the same culture over and over and over......

Doesn’t matter who comes in. Things were going to get better once we got rid of JT and got a “real” coach. Then Cleary screws us worse than Taylor on his best day. Our problems run deeper than the coaches.

I agree but there also has to be some heat put on Maguire , this team certainly does not look like a very well coached side .. players can only be blamed for some if that !

I would be reluctant to do that when they haven't played any football for pretty much 12 months.

Its a problem with Simpkin - now that Liddle is fit and killing it do you tell Grant his services are no longer needed if he is going back to Melbourne. Cruels his chance in Dally M and SOO but we get to blood Simpkin and see if he has got it at NRL. And if we do start giving Simpkin a run he will still only be 19 at the start of next year and will be a backup at best.
