It's so frustrating to me in terms of the Apathy at board level, the Politics and Self Interest amongst management.

For me its like a government owned Asset funded by taxpayers. They dont really care and are milking it for every dollar.

Even old Mate Sheensy said that He and his wife (Both employed currently by WT) are moving back to the northern Hemisphere in 2025.

After just watching a replay of our game vs knights .Kepoa was so bad it's hard to describe total zero effort .Disgraceful and seemed to be tanking .Its so bad that just dropping not enough based on this performance should be cut from the roster
I bet some dick who didn't watch game will pick him in their team for next week

For mine the pressure is being exerted in the wrong place !

Any compent board and Chairman would not be directing Pascoe to instruct Benji and Fulton to kiss and make up, They would be Firing Pascoe and Fulton !

This leaking / Instability / player manager BS and unhappy players has hit fever pitch since Fulton arrived, he has delivered nothing and is now siding with player managers against his employers!

Whether Benji and Sheen's are the right solution is for a competent CEO to decide.

The only way this ends is if and when Wests Ashfeilds gets off its ass and puts this shit show to an end !

Because as we have seen The mutual survivor assurance society that is our board , ceo and Chairman are not going to sack themselves !!!

Pascoe and Lee are ride-or-die bum-buddies. They will do whatever to ensure the other survives.

The Tigers need to obviously boot Pascoe out at the conclusion of the year at the latest. He is a plonker of the highest order and I am shocked he has still remained in his job after the years of failings. The Tigers need to stick solid with the five year plan, anyone who thought we would be anything other than a bottom four team this year with our line up, particularly our halves was dreaming. 2024 will be slightly better but we can't panic now, Sheens was brought in to mentor and baby sit Benji for two seasons, and he is doing that, again he was never going to get the club into the 8 in those two seasons.
Pascoe's rushed appointment without consulting Sheens and Benji should be the final straw, regardless what anyone thinks the coach, who will be Benji should be choosing the players he wants not Fulton, if Fulton can't handle this then he needs to depart.

If those 4 refuse to ever move the CEO then he has a job for ever .

Maybe they can then resurrect a feathered version and all flock together

Yep, with the halves we have and ordinary backs plus inexperienced players I wasn't confident. I think next year we will finish just outside of the bottom four but only just.
