Unless Leichhardt's corporate facilities have improved over the last few years I would agree... but it wouldn't be too hard to correct that.
I haven't been in them for a while so maybe someone can let us know.
The big difference is the proximity to where they live.

Their clients wound't travel. I know mine didn't when I had access. they didn't even travel to parra stadium. it was SFS or nothing. staff got a great deal, but my budget didn't.

Our Major sponsor head office and origins are in Liverpool.. Do a lot of work in the south West,,

I don't live in Sydney just playing devils advocate - however i played a game in Bathurst in the University Cup in the early 80's - it snowed during the game and the ground was frozen. It was like being tackled on a concrete cricket pitch.
