Oh ..He hasn't been offered the job.
Sounded like we approached him but if he applied than that makes sense and that we are just talking to others as well..
Cheers

Madge would be a good git at the Titans as he tried to get a few of their players over the last few years.Gold Coast rumoured to be about to sack Holbrook. That'll make it 4 teams on the hunt for a coach.
Multiple first hand sources. Ive never let this forum down. Many here will vouch for me.How do YOU know this ?
Wests Tigers Inside information (The Pom) advised on Thursday/ Friday not to expect an announcement on the available 1st grade position until another two weeks.
Thanks. From wiki: In 2002, Woolf began his coaching career as an assistant coach for the Townsville Brothers in the Townsville & District Rugby League (TDRL) competition. At the same time, Woolf was teaching at Ignatius Park College and coaching their senior rugby league side, winning the Queensland State Schoolboys Championship in 2004.
In 2005, Woolf joined the North Queensland Cowboys as their junior development manager. After holding the role for four seasons, Woolf became the team's NYC coach in 2009. He took the side to the finals for the first time in 2010 and to their first Grand Final in 2011, which they lost in golden point to the New Zealand Warriors.
In 2012, Woolf joined the Brisbane Broncos as an assistant coach to Anthony Griffin.
In 2015, he returned to North Queensland as the inaugural coach of the new Intrust Super Cup side, the Townsville Blackhawks. In the club's first season, the side finished in first place and qualified for the Grand Final, losing to the Ipswich Jets.
I have your 4.Gold Coast rumoured to be about to sack Holbrook. That'll make it 4 teams on the hunt for a coach.
I don't agree either, Madge is over rated by many in my opinion, he is a one trick pony, he can't coach to the team he has, he coaches to the team he wantsThat is subjective and I don't agree.
Thanks mate, that is more promising than I was expectingThe club is very keen to avoid repeating a media circus like what happened with Ciraldo. The club is making a big effort to smother the media and are using every opportunity available (Pom, podcast, upcoming Ambush event) to get the word out that nothing has happened and they are "some weeks away". They are being very disciplined on message. You will hear these words out of Sheens mouth at the ambush event on Sunday "some weeks away". Smokescreen.
Meanwhile the club is being very active behind the scenes and expect to complete the process, probably by the end of next week. The club is very aware that time is an issue with two prospective new signings holding off on resigning with their current clubs to see who the Tigers coach will be. Timing matters to the club, especially if Holbrook gets shoved.

You're right - it was their more famous hit; but I thoiught "No Regrets" better fitted the topic! The walker brothers wasnt their song called "the sun ain't Gunna shine anymore" mmm appropriate
Not sure if I feel excited or nervous about thisMore than one avenue now in play and people may be very surprised with the direction they go.
Appreciate the update mate..
Not asking the players names etc.. But the players holding off signing until we get a coach do you know if they have a coach they want or just waiting to see who it is?
I'm open to it. How could it get any worse? I like how they have backed themselves after 1 year. Much more appealing than the 3 years away talk. Don't think it will happen but at some point a club will give them a go.Not sure if I feel excited or nervous about this
