He did his job. 34 tackles , one miss. You can bang on about his lack of yardage but it wasn’t a game where you give your front rower 20 carries. We were getting thumped.

Look at our backs stat lines. They all missed way too many tackles

Your typical of the guys on here who say, we can sign 2 players for his contract money but when asked who those players are you have nothing. Not sure if you watch much Cup or Q-cup but there isn’t those supposed 2 players that can produce better than Stef. Been around the Cup and junior rep scene far too long to see that those so called players you speak of simply don’t exist. As far as my expectations are on the team wins this year, prior to the year I expected us to win 6-8 games. I think we still get 6 wins. Its crystal clear your a little embarrassed by your lack of footy IQ so you made it personal. Get out to some cup games and you can see for yourself

It is his fault though . The club 2-3 years ago decided that he was the future and brought in klemmer last year to get him to that next level . Father Time seems to have caught up with Klem , but what’s Stefan’s excuse . He’s 25 about the right age for taking a leap .
And he does take a leap …. When we are playing a pack where other guys have gotten us over the advantage line . He’s not a leader . And not worth a million dollars . He’s not even worth 800k .
I’m not big on hyperbole , and I try to be rational as best as I can , but on this I’m 💯 confident your Aaron woods comparison is very Apt !

I'm not going to keep going back on forth on Stef - happy to agree to disagree.

He's one of the best props in the game who (again) is not even at the peak of his career. We will struggle to replace him with anyone equal or better.

Can definitely agree on Bateman. Garbage.

What are you talking about ? That first 10-15 mins was the time. Pole found his front , and found yardage . Stef said he was going to take it to JWH , and he did take it too him … he took him for a nice dinner and a wine and got screwed afterwards .

Once again WTF are you talking about !!!!! His individual performance was shit . He can’t control what happens outside him . But the best front rowers , you know the ones who are on a million , can influence th game with a game changing run , a big hit etc. like YEO did today . His backs made a meal of it , but he did what a leader of your pack is supposed to .
 
I missed the game but noticed Stef had a massive game and got 54m3 from 9 runs..
Surely our offer is taken away or reduced as that was his moment to prove he is worth more but failed.

We had a few good ball sets to take the lead but our attack was again impotent.

How that’s a props fault is beyond me. Manu made AD his [This word has been automatically removed].

Penrith were awful. Not sure what you watched Yeo do. They were nearly as bad as us.

Have you played football before ? In the forwards? That first 15 minutes was horrendous by him . He got owned ever hit up. Basically doing the exact opposite of what he said he was going to do all week .
The score line has nothing to do with it . But the 20 min mark , the big dogs were barking and he was nowhere to be seen . Hence the next 60 minutes , the roosters backs were up and about because they knew thier big dogs were eating .
That’s football , and it all happened in the first 15-20 minutes .
