it’s 4 premierships in 50 years actually … like I said … not exactly Man City like …
I agree with you , however they have been in many GF’s (11) in the last 50
It’s actually 6 GF wins in 50 years ( 74,75,02,13,18,19)

That starting team and roster is still the 17th best in the NRL.Based on Richos comments, we have around 1 million in the cap for next season with the departure of Papalii and 30 players signed (assuming all club and mutal options are taken up). Our current top 30 and depth currently looks like the following:
1. Bula / Staines
2. L. Laulilii / Solo Saukuru
3. Douiehi / To'a
4. Olam / Feledy
5. Turuva / Naden
6. Galvin / Sullivan
7. Luai / Sezer
8. Utoikamanu / Miller
9. Koroisau / Da Silva
10. Klemmer / Faagutu
11. Bateman / Tumeth
12. Fainu / Sukkar
13. Matamua / K.Laulilii
14. Latu Fainu
15. Twal
16. Pole
17. Seyfarth
Dev Contracts:
Alex Lobb
Heath Mason
Based on the above squad, the obvious move here would to be move on Tumeth and re-sign Sione Fainu.
Other than that, the biggest glaring need is to upgrade the backrow position with the money available. Bateman has been underwhelming and Sukkar is unproved. We should be looking at going after a good quality backrower whos path is blocked at their current squad like Suia Wong or Egan Butcher.
Staines, To'a and Naden are fine for outside back depth and Sezer and Sullivan provide good halves depth with Latu Fainu. Mason will also provide depth at fullback.
Long term getting rid of Sullivans contract would be ideal however we need to spend 95% cap under the current rules and getting rid of Sullivan will prove challenging. The number 1 priority should be investing the $1 million we currently have into our backrow and forward depth as that is where we look lightest.
Max Bradbury who was a NSW U/19’s prop and now at the Sharks fits this description.Yep. And poach the next generation of rep players when they are on the fringe of debuting.
Yeah definitely not top 8 quality yet but being realistic we wont be able to move on 5 to 6 duds for 5 to 6 guns in one season. Aim should be 2-3 duds swapped out for a couple guns. Focus on developing the young guys to take over the others. That starting team and roster is still the 17th best in the NRL.
There has to at least 5 or 6 of them moved on and replaced by better quality to give us some chance of improving.
No it takes money that’s not on the cap. Everyone knows it, get your head out of the sand. Everyone knows that they put most things in rooter land ‘on the tab’. Thanks uncle nick. Also the bonus of the billionaire clubs advice for money management that we can’t compete with. They make much better decisions than us… The Tigers pay aging players Klemmer and Bateman $1.5m a year between them … probably more than what they pay Crighton and JWH…
it’s no point crying about them being smarter … this difference in the two sides we saw last night is a result of years of incompetence from the Tigers .., and it will take years to correct it ..

As I have said there needs to be a salary cap exception for teams coming last terraces to the 1/3 of the way up. Otherwise if u don’t rort the cap u will stay down the bottom for ever!
The other 16 teams do care. But if they speak.out they shall be casted to.Perth or Tasmania, even Papua New Guinea.Lol .. everyone knows they are cheating but the other 16 clubs don’t care ..: is that what you are saying?
The money management thing is real though … but that ain’t cheating

No one is shafting nothing about PNG? You are not sure? Then how was that born in your mind? PNG.Not so sure about that … also the Broncos are kinda owned by Lachlan Murdoch and News Ltd … not sure anyone is shafting them over to PNG
Where is this myth coming from ? Second time this afternoon …They have literally just moved on Ice a month ago?Need to move players on before we can sign anyone unfortunately.
So how do we get good rep players to come here for $700k a year, when the Roosters and Souths are offering the same money
To be fair. He meant math not myth. Could be a Google translation or AI. Putting words in our mouths. By accident.Where is this myth coming from ? Second time this afternoon …They have literally just moved on Ice a month ago?
