Manly play Dogs and Sharks in their 2 remaining games while Dolphins have Storm, Broncos and Knights.

It is possible that if Manly lose their last 2 games (good possibility) and Dolphins win their last 3 that Lick Books misses out on playing finals.

Going to be a big ask for Dolphins to beat Storm this weekend but if they can then a Manly top 8 finish could be in the balance.

Reminds me of K. Staggs. But that's me. Great effort tonight.

I have been thinking that he reminds me of and could possibly develop into a Staggs type of player.

Was surprised to see (assuming the stats are correct) that Staggs is almost 3" taller and 8kg lighter than Solomona.

I can believe that Solomona is only 178cm or 5'10" but despite him being a bit of a nugget, it's hard to imagine that he is 103kg.

I think the league has issued a referees directive in the past couple of weeks.

And just a slight correction on Man of the Match,
IMHO it was the referee who deserved the 3 points. He was our best player !

For the last 2 games we have actually had referees who enforce the rules to both sides instead of just using them to punish one team,Anusley would be devastated because i doubt if its part of his script

Just putting it out there...

in 2003 the Tigers won 7 games including wins over Manly, Souths & Cronulla.

In 2024 the Tigers have 6 wins with a game to go against the 2nd last Eels & have wins over Manly, Souths & Cronulla.

So, that means that we are on the right trajectory to win the Grand Final in 2026. 🙂

Has anyone mentioned how Stefano just left Mason posted for Tom to score?
While the big fella can look awesome carrying the ball at times, he remains quite heartless is the big moments. That play that got manly to 22 points are the ones the best front rowers get themselves in the way to help the fullback. Fisher Harris makes that tackle, yet Stefano didn't even try. Simply let Tom run past him.

Without Tommy Turdo they would not have even looked a chance last night.
