The biggest issue is one of our highest paid players is a 6 and I can see a push coming form the club to get more out of the high salaries we have.

I can see Josh getting a “mid season move to another club “ eg . The cowboys . And Mbye moving to Brisbane .

The club has been very clear with josh that he isn’t required. Josh however is happy to sit on his ass and do nothing as one of our highest paid earners.

If Josh sits on his ass all season it will be his last year in the NRL.

I don’t think he cares. He’s getting his superannuation from us. $2million over 3years. He will never have to work again.

I can tell you that's exactly his attitude...he was told mid last year he is not in the WT plans, the club has done everything it can to find him another club, no other NRL club is even remotely interested in him only 2 SL clubs but he does not want to move...Enjoy playing for Group 8 in 2022 Josh!

This guy isn't the great guy everyone makes him out to be. He is taking the mickey out of the club.

I’d run with Mbye at 14. Covers the whole spine and centre. Simpkin doesn’t even turn 20 until next October - would hate to see him blooded too early and get a raft of injuries ala Liddle

This is the way I see it. Reynolds to reserve grade. Mbye to the bench utility role. Don't renew their contracts. Mbye on a bench utility pay rate would be fine.

Im not trying to pick a fight, but with respect, we have seen what Talau can do and it wasnt that impressive. He looks slow and has bad hands. Now I am not writing him off, he is young, a big strong body and maybe he comes good.

We have also seen what Roberts can do, in SoO and it is very impressive. It is possible that with the off field issues he has gone through that somehow his talent and skill has waned. I hope not for him and the club, but we have seen for sure what he can do and it is clearly the best in the club. I think it is obvious that we give the guy with the proven record the first crack.

I believe he has a 1 strike clause in his contract so hopefully he has a good, event free, season

Tommy has plenty of upscale and as for bad hands I think you have the wrong player.

This is ? why I think Talau is an 11 waiting to happen . He’s just missing that little bit of speed for a centre , that all the good ones have, or , he’s not absolutely massive like Suli or BJ .
