Brooks doesn’t need to be dropped just moved.

Reynolds just stood waiting. Doueihi says something and Brooks hesitates. Dou says something again, Brooks gestures at the sideline again, then points up for what would have been "a bomb". Dou says something again, Brooks looks to the sideline, gestures to the corner again and then lines up for his kick.
And I'm wondering to myself why doesn't he just go and kick it already, why is he listening to the fullback for hail-mary that he'll have to kick on minute 40. Just take the ball and kick it.
Gave some insight into exactly how much control Brooks has of his side - either he hesitated because he wasn't sure, or because people were trying to get in his ear.
And I'd say that's my major criticism of Brooks, though I am not overly critical, is he hesitates a little too often and it can cost him in critical moments. Cooper Cronk is a Grade-A knob, but I don't think I ever saw him flinch or hestitate.

I know some people seem to think Benji stifles brooks game but I think he seems more comfortable with Benji there next to him for whatever reason. Maybe it’s just coincidence

You are definitely over thinking it... brooks talked to Doueihi about what play they were gonna do for the last play of the half, what’s wrong with that? Would you rather him just wing it and no one knows what’s going on? There’s no rush in a situation like that

Brooks gestures to the sideline more than once. Doueihi speaks more than once. How many times do they need to discuss it? Brooks immediately shaped to kick for touch but he hesitated twice.
I am asking why he didn't act more decisively. He's the halfback, he didn't need to discuss with Doueihi what he's doing. The rest of the team seemed pretty clear what he was doing.

Moses or Brown can hit Jennings or Sivva.
You gain a lot of confidence with that firepower at your disposal,

That he knows we don't have another ready for the top grade to replace him with, nor anywhere near his ability.

True.
Brooks’s best attributes are that he is a strong defensive half and has a good running game.
Both are attributes of a forward or a back.
Not a halfback.
He is not a good kicker, passer or game manager.
I suggest we would be better with another forward who is a proper tackling machine or another back who is a better runner.
Not even being facetious.

It’s unbelievable. He’s had a terrible year and last night his performance was indefensible.
His cutout ball put Mbye away to pass to Hoffman . He gets zilcho for that , and Mbye gets the try assist for the draw and pass . There’s at least 5 -6 others like that this year .
You guys are just sitting there waiting for a Bad game to prove your point . Bunch of agenda driven douche bags

The very bloke that has proven time and time again he can't lead a team to finals football, is hit and miss with his attack and is atrocious defensively. It's never Benji's fault. But it's always Brooks fault.
I don't want Benji or Reynolds ...time for a massive upgrade and major overhaul
