or 5 home grounds.

That's a new one, you mean the >2 home grounds we've had since 2004?

Tell me, is Pascoe also responsible for Balmain's 1989 Grand Final loss or Wests runners up 1961-63?

Well one of 2 things he said he'd do when he turned up was that he'd get us playing out of 1 ground. How'd he going with that?

Well he's not finished yet. Judge him when he's gone on that one.

If you reckon a CEO, any CEO, can get Wests Tigers to a single home ground inside of, what, 4 seasons, if that's the pass mark... well... well I hope you sign him up for life if we actually do move full-time to 1 stadium.

He has got it down, has he not, diluted the CSS and LO games to just 3 each? Maybe Tamworth and Auckland / Magic Millions rounds are smart moves to gradually reduce our reliance on CSS and LO, in anticipation of a full-time move somewhere else?

With 2 new stadia coming in the next few seasons, surely this is as likely a time as any for Tigers to consolidate grounds?

Having one home ground won't be happening ever.
We signed a deal with the bank to play out of Bankwest for 4 years plus we can't afford our own home ground. That's the reality.
We can't afford the public liability insurance. Banks can afford it.
It would be millions of dollars a year to insure 13 home games.

Had it confirmed just before lunch, that it's pretty much that he was signed by Ivan, and doesn't want to play under Maguire, nothing to do with money....I say let him go, he didnt want to play under Brad Arthur, now Maguire, sounds like a serial sook to me, I'd say let him go!, tigers need to get the best possible deal from this scenario and put the money into players that actually want to be here, I've heard Marsters isnt happy too, he can go as well, one thing she was certain about was Matterson won't be at the tigers next year

Marsters manager already priced him out of one Sydney clubs plans. The gall of players like Marsters, done nothing all year and want more money. The exact thing Madge is weeding out. I hope Esan and his manager offered to reimburse us some of his contract as performance certainly hasn't lived up to pay packet this season.

I've never rated Marsters absolute bludger, would be great to see him gone

@Tiger_Steve no laughing mate I have studied body language and I might say very good at it , once he touched his face that was it .. a major problem . Just like how people talk it is just an open book ..can not get away with what our body expresses you just have to know how to read it .

Please please save us all from this nonsense. I mean, it's the internet I get it, but body language reading on football news, seriously.

Can we get Athena Starwoman in to read "the vibes".

Just because you don’t agree mate doesn’t make it nonsense. It’s a scientifically researched, evidence based practice widely used. Not nonsense at all. And before you demand from me the proof of research and evidence - look it up!

Hahaha yeah, show me your certification in body-language reading, from the University of New-Age Healing. I am sure it's admissible in court too.

No worries mate. You’re sounding a bit patronising but fair enough. Each to their own. My point was simple mate - he looked like he wasn’t telling the full story. I’m basing that on what I know about Kinesics.

Sorry perhaps a bit overly-patronising, but it gets up my nose a bit when people pass this stuff off as fact, when it's nothing more than interpretation. Yes people do stuff subconsciously and it might or might not mean anything.

I was more directing it to @Snake, with the "once he touched his fact that was it". And it could be read as sarcastic, but I don't think it was.

But - of course Madge isn't telling the entire story. Every time he opens his mouth he isn't doing telling the whole truth. Nor do I want him to. We don't need special analysis.

Justice Athena Starwoman and her colleagues use those same techniques as a major part of passing judgement on the credibility of any person and particularly those in the witness box, that appears before them. Thus it is not only admissible, but practised each and every day in our judicial system.

@balmain-boy crazy statement mate. If its a tight knit family she would definately know what's going on.

I meant how would the players know all of the details unless he's suddenly been having public slanging matches with Madge at training?

As I said if he's constantly arguing with the coach at training in front of his team mates then he's toxic and should be publicly ridiculed by the club before a trade is a made.

If they see one bust up at training and none of the discussions behind closed doors, how would they know where things currently stand?

just sounds like a managerial money grab for mine.

If he doesn't like playing under a disciplinarian then the kid has no spine and is no good....but that's IF.

He seems to have thrived this season so I'm not sure what his problem would be unless they go that route to either bump up his price to "tolerate" playing under Madge, or he's just a greedy kid who wants more than he should get, or his manager is throwing it out there without Matto's knowledge.....

All three are fairly toxic to any culture

Sent him to Penrith with Packer. In return take Moses Leoto and Billy Burns.

Fisher Harris would be my first preference but Penrith would do everything to keep him.

If Matterson ends up at Penrith you would have to think that Ivan is all over this. Just let RCG go odds in if he goes anywhere it will be to Penrith.

If that is the case it’s our turn to screw Ivan over, we are holding the aces, Ivan can bluff all he likes, he needs to offer something good

What crap. He could have committed to a full time venue in his first year. Your excuses for him are so lame.

Good for you @Tiger_Steve: I agree with you completely re Body Language.
I also agree with your "just because you don't agree mate doesn't make it nonsence" re @jirskyr comment.
I've noticed on here how he likes to run roughshod over any posts he doesn't agree with ie he doesn't respect your or my opinion.

Body language is easily open to misinterpretation and abuse. In fact, I’ve seen it used to dupe people.

Allan Pease has had many training seminars and written many books about body language. I’ve seen people do many things that Pease preaches and he tells the audience that the person was lying or not telling the complete truth. The truth was in fact that the person was well read on body language and played Pease. Of course Pease always has an answer for everything.

If you really believe in body language there isn’t anything that anyone can say or do to change your mind.

The best liars look you square in the eye.

You tell me who at Tigers is going to let the CEO move us lock-stock to one ground in his first year. You are dreaming.

You can campaign against the bloke all you like and he has faults, but the idea that he hasn't magically turned us into a 1-ground club within his first few years is ridiculous.

G'day @jirskyr: @snake must have made a big impression on you.
You apologise to @Tiger_Steve for "perhaps a bit overly-patronising", but you're not really apologising when you use the word perhaps, are you?
Then you go on to say "I was more directing it at @Snake". That post was from the previous day, so how could you be directing it at snake?
I reckon it would be interesting to get someone to body language/interpret 'your' posts.
I reckon you would get a big surprise.
